[quote=BlackCats;546643]I don't think I've ever had falafel with avocado, it sounds nice though.:)

The avocado adds a sensously velvety smooth texture and with the nutty taste gently balances the herbs and spices of the falafel. It's like an orgy in your mouth.:p

Yeah I love the gentle balance of an orgy.

Anyway, I had a big plate of scrambled tofu with shredded bits of fake steak in there. It was soy-tastic, but could have used some Tobasco sauce.

breakfast: crunchy peanut butter with blackberry jam and agave nectar on sprouted 16 grain bread sandwich, with a vanilla soy yogurt that had blackberry jam mixed in with it, and a glass of chocolate rice milk. For dessert I had some thick, fudgy, sweet chocolates I made that had dried cranberries and pineapples bits all through them.

***Vanilla soy yogurt (I used wholesoy) with a spoonfull or two of blackberry jam or jam of choice mixed in, tastes very much like Fruit on the Bottom yogurt. I imagine it would taste very good with a fresh blueberry puree, or other fruit of choice, as well.***

lunch: Tomato, lettuce, vegennaise and 1 slice lentil sage field roast on sprouted 16 grain bread sandwich.

dinner: crunchy peanut butter with dried cranberries and dried pineapple ring bits and agave nectar on 1 slice sprouted 16 grain bread sandwich

Bit more chocolate, almonds, sunflower seeds, and cranberries for snack.

Yeah, low variety day (and lots of peanut butter / sandwich / chocolate love!), but I've had a ton of back pain and hardly been able to move so..yeah. Wanted to fix granola up with dinner, but wasn't hungry enough.

Ha, I thought I was the only adult who ate Ready Brek. I love that stuff, it tastes so much better than porridge for some reason. My favourite way to have it is to make it with chocolate soya milk and slice a banana on top.

That sounds nice. I normally just make it with water - quite thick and lumpy. love it.

will try your way one day - would have extra calories tho and i'm trying to cut down so hope it's not TOO nice hehe.

'Tis true that making it with chocolate soya milk de-healthifies it a bit, but on the other hand if you're craving something chocolatey it's one of the healthiest fixes you can have.
