Sorry to break it to you, my McD's fries aren't vegan :( Last I checked anyway
I think it depends on where the mcdonnals is located ... I heard of some vegan fries... I think so.

They are in the UK, the mcdonalds.co.uk says the ingredients of the fries are "Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Rapeseed), Dextrose (only added at beginning of season). Prepared in the restaurants using a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil. Salt is added after cooking".

Green tea
Raisin Wheats with Alpro soya light
Green tea
Sliced pepper and cucumber with reduced fat houmous
Mug of miso Soup
Left over veg curry with boiled rice.
Lots of water throughout the day.
I'll probably have something else snacky and bad-for-me later cus I'm staying up til 4am to watch the WWE Royal Rumble live on Sky Box Office :p:o Heh.

It's interesting, you'd think these big chains would be consistent with their recipes. I didn't even think of that.

They are strange and adjust the flavourings of their 'common' items to local tastes and flavours. The dextrose is added when the natural sugar that has been bred into the spud is at it's lowest.
McDonalds is consistant with their recipes being the same all over the country served.
Coca cola in the UK is shipped from anywhere in Europe, sometimes depends on the shop owners nationality. I knew someone who went hyper from turkish and German coke but nothing off British.

Dinner: Tuscan white bean pizza with tomatoe and olives.
Drinks: Herbal tea, apple juice and water.

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of flax berry cereal with vanilla soy milk.
Half a cinnamon raisin bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and raspberry jam.
2 glasses of sparkling apple mango juice.
2 servings of home-made Hobo Casserole.
Salad: mixed leaves, carrot, pecans, raisins, miso dressing.
1 cup of pineapple juice.
1 piece of cherry pie with vanilla soy icecream.

Leftover home-made Hobo Casserole.
2 glasses of white wine.
Salad: iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, "chicken" strips, avocado, cherry tomatoes, dried cherries, cashews, sesame ginger dressing.
Sweet potato fries.
About to have a little piece of cherry pie and some vanilla soy icecream.

I've eaten lots today as I woke up at 4.30am:
Coco pops with rice milk,
4 pieces of wholemeal toast with pure and yeast extract,
Lentil bolognaise with penne,
Sandwich with fake chicken slices,
Small packet of kettle crisps,
1 banana and 2 pears,
Lots of water and green tea.
