Carrot, cucumber and hummus toasted sandwich.
Banana.
Clementine.
Chamomile and spearmint tea.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Steamed brocolli with lemon juice and nutritional yeast.
Slice of toast with margarine.
Slice of toast with hummus.
Six squares of fruit and nut chocolate.
Two bottles of beer.

I had the most delicious day yesterday! Went out to eat twice.
apple and lara bar
cajun tempeh sandwich, on the most amazing bread, with this cashew cheese stuff, roasted peppers, vegan mayo and lettuce. Served with sweet potato fries. Had a peanut butter chocolate smoothie with it
Best thai restaurant ever! Had a hot curry dish with tofu called "wild wild wild" (I like it hot!).

That food sounds gorgeous DiaShel!:)
Yesterday:
2 toast with pure and yeast extract
2 sausages with 2 more slices of toast and lots of grilled mushrooms with brown sauce and tomato sauce
Packet of salt and vinegar crisps
1/2 punnet of cherries :thumbsup:
I missed dinner as I went out last night, 3/4 of a bottle of white wine instead :o
Today:
2 toast, 1 with PB and 1 with yeast extract
Pasta with broad beans and sweetcorn and some mushrooms in soya sauce
Packet of crisps and the rest of the cherries
I think I'm going to have tofu scramble with peas and onions for dinner
Green tea and tangerine tea and a glass of fruit squash

Not really, particularly since you undereat most of the time. Seriously undereat, given the amount of exercise that you do :hmm:

I always feel like I've eaten loads and then look back at what it is and am surprised to see how short a list it is :o I must work on this!
