Yesterday:
Slice of toast with margarine.
Slice of toast with peanut butter.
Three cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.
Apple, sultana, dried cranberry and cinnamon porridge.
Two slices of toast with baked beans and nutritional yeast.
Slice of bread with margarine.

M: narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas), spearole tea
L: salad w/ lettuce, cuc, toma, carrot & italian oil-free dressing, sporale tea
A: Artisse cocoa aribar, nectarine, water
D: raw zucchini pasta, pine nut & cashew pesto (http://www.aniphyo.com/2008/08/25/pistachio-pesto-with-kelp-noodles/) (instead of pistachios), 1/2 a tomato, water

yesterday...

breakfast: strawberry soy yogurt w/ banana slices & ground flax, an orange

superbowl party for the rest of the day: veggies w/ hummus, chex mix, salt & pepper kettle chips, a veggie burger, mustard & leek potato salad, many beers

Yesterday:
Mashed potato with gravy.
Chamomile and spearmint tea.
Six squares of fruit and nut chocolate.
Blackcurrant, vanilla and ginseng tea.
Two bananas.
Peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich on white bread.
Four squares of Indian spice chocolate.
Soya milk hot chocolate.
Oven chips, peas and ketchup.
Macaroni cheese with tomato.

Breakfast: Vegan fryup consisting: hash brown, fried bread, grilled toms, mushrooms, fried onions, baked beans. (needed the extra calories after the snow-ball fight!!)

EDIT: Lunch: ma baker giant pumpkin seed bar & can lager (oops...feels like we need to celebrate the snow and the unexpected day off work)..i know it's only 2:30 buy hey.....

a piece of toast with Vitalite spread
5 cups of tea
Clemetine and an apple
Sweet potato salad with rocket, sweetcorn and cucumber
2 salt and vinegar flavour rice cakes
Bean burger with salad

Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous
Bombay mix
Green tea
Some kettle chips with salsa

Lots of water throughout the day

Yesterday:
3 slices of toast with strawberry jam/ yeast extract
Green tea
2 bowls of vegetable chilli
Sausage casserole
Packet of salt and vinegar crisps
Cup of cocoa with rice milk and sugar
Strawberry tea

Today:
4 crumpets with pure spread/ jam
Cashew nuts
2 pears
Onion soup with a bread roll
I'm having a veggie stir fry and some white wine later
Blackcurrant tea

I was ridiculously tired yesterday and ate way more than normal...

breakfast: butternut/chocolate chip/pecan muffin, a banana

snack: coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer, two small apples

snack 2: blueberry bagel, diet dr. pepper

lunch: mustard & leek potato salad, raw veggies w/ hummus, chex mix

snack: peach soy yogurt, wheat thins

dinner: cheesy broccoli rice casserole, shredded beet salad over leaf lettuce

chai porridge with tonnes of agave (craving sweet today)
apple
ya apple
red pepper, cucumber, nut. yeast and balsamic
cocoa nakd nibble
pickled pepper
bowl of green beans and a courgette steamed, with nut. yeast and soy sauce.

Later I might have something else but I am full now so I'm not sure, maybe another nakd bar, maybe some tofu.

breakfast: pumpkin bread and green tea with ginger
juice of one orange

lunch: a vegan quiche with carrots, spinaches and soy cream

break: fruit juice and sesame candy

tea

dinner: pasta with a sauce made with soy cream, mushrooms and potatoes
another slice of the home made pumpkin bread. lovely

yesterday...

lunch: fennel-chickpea "tuna" salad sandwich on multigrain toast w/ lettuce, broccoli florets & celery sticks w/ goddess dressing, banana & kiwi, piece of dark mint chocolate

what's fennel-chickpea tuna salad sandwich please?

Breakfast - I skipped proper breakfast but I had half a banana and 3 chocolate biscuits and a cup of tea at about half 10.
Lunch - Shepherd's pie and a cup of tea
'After school treat' - tea and 2 more chocolate biscuits and a bag of hula hoops
Dinner - Pasta with pasta sauce, garlic and broccoli

brekkies: porridge with rice milk and maple syrup.
mid morning snack: pkt of crisps, one raw carrot.
lunch: green salad with pickled ginger, carrot sticks, hummus, a few slices of poloni, a pitta bread, a banana, some chocolate.
snack: some vegetable crisps.
dinner:thai style stir fried tofu and vegetables with noodles.

I tried celeriac steaks today, from the cookbook Another meal is possible. It was a new taste that i am still not 100% sure about. Will decide tomorrow as they are also lunch.

I tried celeriac steaks today, from the cookbook Another meal is possible. .

sounds nice. i like cereriac but never know wot to do with it apart from mashing it with potatoes.
do you have recipe plz?
