yesterday...

breakfast: one slice of wheat toast w/ peanut butter, an orange, coffee w/ soy creamer

lunch: I decided to be a piggy and get three whole sushi rolls and eat them all and feel disgusting for hours. cucumber roll, tofu roll (w/ sweet potato, asparagus, avocado & scallion), and a super veggie roll which had like nine veggies in it and was too big for one bite.

dinner: french fries and two plain hamburger buns. my friends were grilling and I neglected to bring anything for myself :( also had a couple mango rum drinks, then while out had vodka cranberry and beer. not feeling so hot today.

I agree Melanie! Your dinner looked yummy!

I ate too much today :o

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1/2 cup baked beans with
2 slices of multigrain toast with Earthbalance.

A few pieces of chocolate.

1 organic banana.

1 blueberry bagel with tofutti cream cheese and Raspberry & Champange Jam.

1 bowl of curried chickpea & potato soup with
1 herbed nan bread.

1 cup of Cinnamon Spice tea.

About 10 cashews.

2 oatmeal cookies.

A handful of plain potato chips.

Errrr......about 400 calories more than I normally eat.....but I was hungry and dizzy for a lot of the day, so I was trying to fix it by eating!

We also eat "tea" up here, we eat our main meal at tea time.
Also please check the "Proud to eat Healthy" thread, if you like. It could do with a bit more input...:)

The chefs made me an AMAZING pasta with walnut pesto dish last week that I LOVED. He told me it had basil, walnuts, olive oil, garlic, and nutritional yeast in it but I don't know the exact measurements =(

Just thought I'd share
