cous cous salad (ww cous cous, black beans, corn, cilantro, red onion, lime juice topped with avocado slices)

Green smoothie (2 pears, apple, banana, and tons of spinach)
oatmeal with banana, flax seeds and vanilla rice milk
grilled sandwich with avocado, arugula, tomato and red onion with cous cous veggie salad
pack of late july dark chocolate cookies

breakfast/lunch:
cup of hemp plus granola w/ rice milk
glass of rice milk
dinner:
mushroom risotto
quinoa with carrots and brocolli
roasted veggies (particularly cherry tomato and bell pepper)
balsamic vinegar pasta salad
Not bad considering I've been laid up all day with my back, hardly to walk!

Peanut butter and chocolate spread on toast

hummus, quinoa and roasted veg wrap and raspberry banana and orange smoothie
tofu with agave soy paprika and ginger
today:
porridge with raspberries,
apple and banana
parkin porridge
leek and peppers with nut. yeast
later I will have more tofu and a ya apple.

Br: Tea and a piece of toast
Lunch: 2 pieces of toast, an apple, a banana and a clementine. A glass of water and a cup of tea.
Dinner: Pie, loads of mash and kale. More tea.
edit: and another banana, and some walnuts and brazil nuts, and more tea

Breakfast/Lunch: granola cereal with rice milk
Dinner:
sweet potato with veggies (a dish with spice to it, not plain), kidney beans and brown rice, yakisoba noodles and a thai sweet pepper sauce (don't remember what it's called)
dessert: cookie avalanche!
blueberry chocolate mousse (made with homemade almond cream and fresh blueberries)

Yesterday:
First thing: Warm water with cider vinegar
Breakfast: Smoothie with apples, pears, celery, cucumber, orange juice, frozen mixed berries, rocket and watercress (shared with family)
Lunch: Minestroni soup with ciabatta roll, savoury crackers with mushroom pate and a chocolate peppermint cupcake (I don't usually eat as much in the middle of the day, but it was my birthday lunch. Bookgirl (DD) baked the cupcakes :))
Dinner: stirfry (a packet of frozen with extra mushrooms and cashews)
Lots of water.

mixed chinese veg with tofu.
