Br - veggie bacon sandwich
Lunch - Baked potato with (very odd) provamel cream cheese, and a huge mountain of spinach and rocket. Sticky toffee pudding with cream.
I've also had chocolate mousse and copious amounts of tea.
I was going to have garlicky gingery tofu and broccoli stir fry with noodles for dinner, but I'm not hungry. I still have a piece of chocolate cheesecake left too ...

 Take that back!
No!:D:devil: Haha.
I am not feeling hungry today, it must have been all the pasta, chips, wine and beer I had yesterday.:o I probably had enough calories for a week.
Cherry - your eating days always sound really nice. Especially the sticky toffee pudding.:)

lunch/breakfast:
lentil & tomato pilaf
beans!
brown rice
snowpeas and other veg.
curried potatoes
Orange blueberry yum cake! (OK so it wasn't called yum cake just cake but you get the picture - very soft, not dry and flaky, like most cakes, vegan or non-vegan, that I've had and not cared for)
dinner (not incredibly fantastic, the soup was the best part):
brown rice
tofu with coconut sauce and veg
quinoa and golden raisins
steamed veg (tasted like a mix between eggplant and sweet potato)
2 bowls of barley veg soup (tasted much better than it sounds - one of the few incarnations of barley that is quite pleasing WITHOUT "feeling" like an acquired taste - it was heavy on mushrooms and thoroughly cooked celery -as well as barley-)
I plan to have a smoothie soon!
Blueberries, some strawberries, and a banana - over 100% vitamin C!

Last night my friends hosted a vegan potluck :) I was stupid and forgot my camera though so no photos of the great food! But I'll try my best to remember the food that was brought.
Yesterday I had:
Green tea
Wheetabix with banana and soya milk
Some chocolate soya milk
At the potluck: I made pasta salad, houmous, guacamole, and took potato chips and pitta bread for dipping. There was also: Lasagna, spicy curry, boiled rice, chili, salsa, sour cream, tortillas, ratatouille, salad, mushroom en croutes, pasta, tofu and sundried tomato tart, noodles with mushrooms and other veggies. And for dessert: coconut lime cupcakes, choclate almond cakes, brownies, apple crumble.
Amazing!! Just so bummed I forgot my camera :(
