M: 1/2 a raw fudgy wudgy slice, narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas, 1 kiwi), 2 spearole tea
L: shoestring fries, water
D: an avocado, red capsium, mushies, baby spinach and cashew cheese, water

Yesterday:

Green tea x2
Wheetabix with banana and soya milk
Red pepper and cucumber slices with reduced fat houmous
Couple of fork-fulls of pasta salad
Organic chunky peanut butter and chocolate spread toasted sandwich
A few Doritos with reduced fat houmous

Lots of water.

yesterday...

breakfast: piece of white pizza on ww crust w/ basil & tofu ricotta, a banana, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: two apples

lunch: salad (arugula, radicchio, roasted radishes & apples, pistachios, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette), gf corn muffin

snack: coke zero, half a choco-walla bar, strawberry soy yogurt

dinner: another piece of pizza w/ tomato added, carrot sticks, a tangelo, one beer

I haven't eaten anything today. I must still be full after yesterday's Peking Palace adventure. (I won't even begin to list everything I sampled!)

breakfast: two gf corn muffins, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: half a choco-walla bar, blueberry acai probiotic juice

lunch: wrap (arugula, radicchio, tahini dressing, red onion, soy bleu cheese, dried cranberries, pistachios), two carrots, roasted radishes & apples, snapea crisps, two pb sandwich cookies

snack: apple, almonds

dinner: cheesy bean enchiladas w/ guac, hot sauce, cilantro & steamed spinach, two beers, pb zig zag ice cream

B: Slept thru

L: Cucumber & Beetroot on white rolls and ready salted crisps (on a picnic on top of caerphilly mountain) - v. romantic...maybe this saturday should've been valentine's day :)

D: Planning to order chinese takeaway (for delivery): mixed veg in black bean sauce, beansprouts and either chips/boiled rice (or both?? lol) washed down with scrumpy jack cider

tofu omlette receipe from Skinny Bitch, that turned out more like just scrambled tofu. tasted good though.

D: 6 witlof leaves filled with grated parsnip, tamari-marinated mushies, red capsicum, avocado & snow pea sprouts, 1 pce raw Lucuma Maca chocolate, 1 spoon of peanut butter

L: Sushi box from Dashi (my first sushi! it was expensive, but delish :D)

breakfast: smoothie (banana, kiwi, frozen mango, soaked oats, rice milk, flax), earl grey tea

snack: gf corn muffin

lunch: steamed mushroom-pea shoot dumplings w/ sweet chili-sesame sauce, edamame, miso-mustard sweet potatoes, piece of dark mint chocolate

snack: thanks-a-lot cookie

dinner: salad (pea shoots, mushrooms, red onion, soy bleu cheese, tahini dressing), brown rice letter w/ kale pesto & white beans, another cookie, cranberry apple tea

Yum! It took me ages to try sushi even as an omni because I couldn't get passed the fishyness of the nori sheets! But finally I did and I loved it. I have a craving for some avocado sushi rolls now :)
