waking up time:
caramel nut brownie luna bar
lunch:
Garlic tempeh burger on pita w/veggies like cabbage and greens and carrots
Freshly blended orange juice
Banana chips and raw almonds
dinner:
vegan jambalaya
rice and beans
cooked veggies and squash
vegan gumbo
mini sweet potato pie
chocolate brownie clif bar
OK so I have two apples, two oranges, and some naked juice (blue machine). One orange is not quite ripe yet. I wanted to blend the apples, separate the juice from the pulp and put the pulp on the cereal (sure I wouldn't get too much apple juice from it, but it'd be so awesome). Sounds grand, but I ran out of cereal, and the store within walking distance doesn't open until 10! Maybe I'll just use it as an excuse to buy another clif bar, crumble it up with apple pulp to make it feel more meal-like...oh wait, I've got peanut butter and 2 slices of bread! The pulp is very nutritious, maybe I'll get a clif bar and eat it with the apple pulp and then have some PB...

could I trouble you for the sweet potato recipe? I always look for different ways to cook them as my husband doesn't like them, but he loves miso...so this might be a winner.

Haha yes, I noticed that I said "cheesy" twice in one day. There isn't a recipe per say for the potatoes, but here's what I posted in the lunchbox thread:
I peeled and boiled 3 sweet potatoes until easily pierced with a knife, drained, and set them aside. In the same pot I brought a bit of soymilk (about 1/4 inch I'd say) just to a simmer, then took off the heat and whisked in a heaping Tablespoon of miso. Poured it over the potatoes and mashed, adding a dash of five spice powder, some salt, and a large amount of mustard powder. They were good, but not outstanding. I think it'd be better if you sauteed some shallot or green onion in oil and added the mustard powder to that, then add that to the potatoes, another layer of flavor. And maybe a bit of butter. I'm doing the whole reduced-calorie thing, so I kept it simple.
