Yesterday:
Mashed potato, baked bean and pea sandwich on white bread (odd combination, I know).
Doves Farm chocolate and crispy rice bar.
Two cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.

I only ate half a packet of crisps yesterday so I made up for it by eating loads today.

About 10 crackers with pure and cheezly,
Lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with flaxseed oil and cider vinegar dressing,
2 spoonfuls of PB,
2 pears,
Toasted sandwich with cheezly and jalapeno peppers,
Small packet of kettle crisps,
3 cans of diet cream soda, lots of water and a cup of green tea.

Actually it doesn't sound that much really.

Br - A piece of marzipan cake and quitea few cups of (decaf) tea.
Snack - A pear and an alpro soya chocolate dessert.
Lunch - Shepherd's pie, broccoli and raw spinach. A fry's chocolate creme.
Dinner - is going to be noodles, with stir fried tofu, pepper, carrot, leek and sugar snap peas. The tofu's just marinating in some ginger and garlic and soya sauce :) Yum.

Breakfast: Toast and jam
Snack: fruit smoothie
Lunch: vegemite, cheezly, onion, mustard and jam sandwich.:eek: For some reason I just craved this. . . After eating it, I felt queasy and wanted to drag my tongue across the carpet!:dizzy:
Dinner: tuscan bean pizza and chips.

B: punnet of bluebs, narna, 2 tea w/ rice milk
M: narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas, a papaya)
L: salad w/ lettucem carrot, tom, cuc, avocado, lemon juice
A: juice w/ carrot, beetroot, ginger, apples, celery, a gf melting moment
D: coconut peanut sauce w/ zucchini noodles, red capsicum, radishes, baby corn, tomato, cuc, shallots, mung beans, alfalfa sprouts & snow pea shoots, water

Breakfast: Banana

Snack: Oat cakes with peanut butter

Lunch: Baguette with watercress, tomato, mushrooms, onion, cucumber and beetroot

Dinner: Random soup (tomato, onion, celery, mushrooms, courgette, carrot, cayenne pepper and a dash of veggie Worcester sauce) and a couple of olive ciabattis for dunking.

Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous
Mug of Miso soup
Blueberry soya yogurt
Detox tea
Spicy thai noodles with a pepper and red onion

Lots of water.

Lunch: pasta w/ veggies, side salad
Snack: 2 Nature Valley nut bars
Dinner: boxed pad thai
Snack/dessert: iced mayan mocha soy latte :)

D: homemade veggie/tempeh sushi roll, small salad (romaine, veggies, balsalmic vinaigrette dressing), homemade inaris, some extra rice
S: sesame candy stick

about 1 cup dry cinnamon harvest cereal squares
key lime yogurt

black tea x 3
sandwich (tofurkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, vegenaise, oat nut bread)
white christmas tea

ww pasta w/ sauce & mock ricotta
"meatballs"
salad (baby romaine, cucumber, roma tomatoes, onion & poppyseed sesame sticks, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)

black tea
double chocolate chip cookies

breakfast: oat bran w/ strawberries & soy milk, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: pear

lunch: multigrain wrap w/ eggplant hummus, cucumber, red bell peppers & spring mix, carrot sticks, roasted brussels sprouts, gf black pepper crackers, pb cookies

snack: peach soy yogurt

dinner: quinoa spaghetti w/ steamed kale, basil marinara & meatless meatballs, prunes, sugar cookie tea

Two slices of white toast with margarine.
Four squares of Indian spice chocolate.
Avocado and tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Pack of chocolate coated sesame snaps.
Two cups of rooibos tea with soya milk.

Yesterday.

Museli with a banana and soyamilk, fruit smoothie.

Large mixed salad with half an avocado and spicy cous cous

3 dried apricots and a handful of mixed nuts

Humous with carrot and pepper sticks to dip.

2 slices of WM toast with peanut butter

Lots of decaff tea with soya milk

As a new vegan can I ask if this seems an OK kind of day food wise to you?

veggie dumplings with sweet chilli sauce and roasted butternut squash

today:
carrot apple banana and ginger smoothie,
pitta with hummus and lots of salad
will have med veg for dinner

So far today:

Too many crackers with pure and cheezly for breakfast, :o
Banana bread lara bar,
Broccoli, red pepper, pea and sweetcorn stir fry with organic brown rice noodles,
Bowl of salad with dressing,
Water and three cups of green tea.

Yesterday (Monday)

Breakfast: peanut butter and pumpkin butter on ww bread. coffee w/soycreamer. banana.

Snack: saltines and 7up

Lunch: leftover ww spagetti with mock meatballs and tomato basil sauce, to which i added chopped tomatoes, garlic olives and white onion.

Snack: packet of vegan jerky (Stonewall's brand)

Dinner: sandwich of horshradish hummus, herb mix, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, chopped green olives on ciabatta. water.

Dessert: I came home with a carton of chocolate cherry soy icecream, to find my sister had made a chocolate cake - How awesome is that? LOL. So, cake and icecream. (cake recipe from Joy of Vegan Baking). :)

Today (Tuesday)

Breakfast: part of leftover sandwhich from last night (leftover sandwich of horshradish hummus, herb mix, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, chopped green olives on ciabatta.). coffee w/soymilk and soycreamer

Late Lunch: leftover ww spagetti with mock meatballs and tomato basil sauce, to which i added chopped tomatoes, garlic olives and white onion.

Snack - handful of cashews and a gatorade (sports drink)

Dessert (can you have dessert without dinner?) - chocolate cake and chocolate cherry icecream. :)

Snack - peice of ciabatta with horshradish hummus, shredded carrots, green olives.

I had to eat my corn with a screwdriver as I couldn't find my corn holders. It's the second time I've done this. :o

Salt and vinegar crisps.
Slice of wholemeal bread with chickpea and vegetable stir fry.
Doves Farm chocolate and crispy rice bar.
Several cups of rooibos tea with soya milk throughout the day.
