2 slices of wholemeal toast with pure spread,
2 cups of tea with soya milk and sugar,
Salad with chickpeas, red pepper, cucumber, celery, tomatoes with dressing,
Some crackers with yeast extract,
Key lime pie larabar, :heart:
Green tea.
Probably will have a few beers later and the leftover salad.

everything bagel with sprouted sunflower seed pate

dill pickle flavored cashews
small piece of raw lasagna with cashew parmesan sprinkle
irish stew (veggies, seitan, tempeh bacon, stout beer) with mashed potatoes (recipe from an old vegetarian times)

Wheetabix with a banana and soya milk
Iceberg lettuce with reduced fat houmous
Peach soya yogurt
3 cider and blacks
Potato wedges

Lots of water.

yesterday...

breakfast: buckwheat pancakes w/ strawberries & maple syrup, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: salad (spinach, arugula, pea sprouts, carrot, cucumber, edamame, marianted tofu, sunflower seeds, caesar dressing), brown rice veggie sushi

dinner: "beef" stuffed collards, creamy root veggie soup, beer

(I used to love cider and black SnowyWhite.)

Scrambled tofu on two wholemeal toast,
Cup of tea with soya milk and sugar,

Carrot, celery and onion soup with flaxseed oil and some crackers with pure spread,
Green tea,
Hot water with lemon (I have a sore throat today :()

I'm having a healthy dinner of a packet of salt and vinegar crisps and a glass of rose wine,:o
I am going to have a salad later and probably a couple of beers.

-veggie sub (black olives, tomatos, spinach, carrots, green peppers, mustard, red wine vinegar) on wheat roll
-big nectarine
-chocolate blackberry chia pudding (cocoa, blackberries, stevia, cinnamon, chia seeds)

M: 2 gf choc chip cookies, narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas, kiwi)
L: salad w/ lettice, carrot, tomato, cuc, avo, lemon juice
A: 2 gf choc chip cookies
D: pizza on gf flat bread w/ zucchini, eggplant, capsicum, tomatoes, spinach, mushies and garlicky macadamia nut cheese, 3 pces dark chocolate, water

Breakfast: Apple, Banana, Cookies N Cream Luna Bar (I checked and checked, but it's vegan... right?! I think all Luna Bars are.)

Lunch: Strawberry soy yogurt layered with fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pumpkin seed granola.

Snack: Another apple and plain popcorn.

Dinner (planned): Veggie stir fry w/ spicy thai peanut sauce and brown rice, YUM!

B-half of oatmeal bar, leaping lemurs cereal w/ vanilla soy milk
S-few apple slices, 5 grapes, pack of soy chips
L-whole wheat pita w/ dark chocolate peanut butter, large coffee with soy creamer
D-boca burger on ciabatta, few bites of granola, few bites of potatoes
S-piece of homemade fudge, leaping lemurs cereal (dry)

:D Yes, and I highly recommend the new white chocolate macadamian nut one. It's heaven. Cookies and Cream is my 2nd choice.

brown basmati rice
pineapple chunks
an orange
black tea
strawberry lemonade

thinking of having another cup of tea w/ either some oreos or a smore.

Sweet and sour stir fry with peppers and onion on boiled rice

Lots of water.

Chocolate cake.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Half a crumpet with margarine. One crumpet with melted Cheezly and piccalilli.
Vegetable pie. Potatoes. Steamed mushrooms. Broccoli.
One can of beer.

Interesting! I love dill, can't picture how these would taste though. :D

Sunday:

Brunch: tofu scramble made with tofu, onions, mushrooms, spinach, spices served on ww toast. tempeh bacon (recipe from VWAV). coffee w/soycreamer. chocolate cake (recipe from Joy of Vegan Baking) with fresh raspberries and chocolate sorbet.

Dinner: Salad made with herb mix, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, black olives, leftover tempeh bacon, few peices of ciabatta w/orange muscat champagne vinegar.

Monday:

Breakfast: Bowl of chopped fruit (1 banana, handful of blackberries, 1 peach) with soymilk sprinkled with a small handful of macadamia nuts and 2 Tbs ground golden flax meal. few cashews.

Snack: 1/2 of a garlic pretzel

Dinner: ww penne with tomato basil sauce, to which we added lots of garlic, black olives, boca burger crumbles, onion and baby spinach. garlic bread made from baked ciabatta spread with earth balance and garlic powder.

dessert: limoncello and tiny peice of chocolate cake with chocolate sorbet (cake recipe from Joy of Vegan Baking).

snack: peach

Breakfast - Maple frosted cornflakes with soya milk. Cup of tea.
Break - Fry's chocolate creme :o and a cup of tea.
Lunch - Avocado on toast (with pure marg). An apple, a pear and a banana. 3 hobnobs. More tea.
Dinner - Sausage and mash with green beans and carrots and gravy. A couple of glasses of cranberry juice.

Salad with balsamic vinegar,
Dough balls,
Pizza with artichokes and black olives.

Fruit salad - pineapple, melon, grapes, apple and strawberry,
Packet of hula hoops.

Lots of water.

B-Coconut milk yogurt with hemp granola mixed in
S-Chai tea luna bar
L-a HUGE cinnamon bun (so ashamed! =[), small coffee w/ soy milk
D-ciabatta bread, amy's GF spinach pizza (its soy cheeze!)

will most likely have a bowl of leaping lemurs with soy milk later on tonight!
