You are doing well, fellow tyke!
I am also from Yorkshire, tho I now reside up North as you see from my user details on the left there.
We also eat "tea" up here, we eat our main meal at tea time.
Also please check the "Proud to eat Healthy" thread, if you like. It could do with a bit more input...:)
I will, I'll have a looksie.:)
I didn't realise I'd said 'tea' and everyone else calls it dinner!!
Today I've had 2 clementines and a big nana, a carrot, apple and ginger juice from the juice bar in town, brazil nuts and carob-y raisins..soya choccy shake..couple of those ACE medjool dates..massive bowl (vat) of cauli, parsnip and courgette soup..corn crackers with a splodge of yeast pate and peanut butter (seperately) and lotsa lotsa water.
Bought 5 packets of medjool dates cause I can't find them anywhere but in Sainsbury's..everywhere else seems to sell only the shrivelled up looking deglet noir dates, they taste good but not a patch on the medjool ones, I reckon!
