Yesterday:
B: apple pie larabar, tea
L: irish veggie stew with mashed potatoes, orange slices, few dates, carob covered raisins (in bento box portions)
D: 3 slices of veggie/soy cheese pizza, plain breadsticks, diet soda

Today:
B: slice of veggie/soy cheese pizza
S: 1 banana, tea
L: irish stew with mashed potatoes, 1 banana, diet soda
S: marinated mushrooms, red grapes
D: beefless strips/veggie stir fry over brown rice

Green tea
Iceberg lettuce and reduced fat houmous
Mug of miso soup
Mini popadoms with salsa dip

Lots of water.

Tuesday:

Breakfast - coffee w/soycreamer

Lunch - scoop of black refried beans with green salsa and green olives. white corn chips.

Dinner: 2 tortillas filled with salsa pinto beans, shredded carrots, avocados, green olives, green salsa. Tomato salsa and white corn chips. margarita. limoncello.

dessert: fat free chocolate sorbet and a peice of chocolate

L-soy chips & pita chips
S-peanut butter rice crispie treat, green tea w/ soy creamer
D-quesidilla made w/ two small corn tortillas, refried beans, soy crumbles, small scoop of "sour cream" and tomatoes
S-few bites of rice crispie treat, coffee w/ soy milk, cup of peppermint chocolate soy milk

Tomato and carrot soup
--Vegan potluck night--
Home made garlic bread
Quinoa,lentil and raisin curry
Chickpea curry
Mush curry (We're not really sure what it was)
Thai coconut-chilli rice cakes
Pasta marinara
Rice, veg and tofu stir fry
Broccoli, runner bean, soy sauce and sesame seed salad type-thing
Hummus, cucumber, kettle chips
Linda McCartney sausage rolls
Chocolate chip cookies
Mushroom-sausage roll type things
Rhubarb crumble with custard
Nettle tea
Water.

I think that's all but I have a nagging feeling I may have missed out something. Basically, about as many calories as it is physically possible to eat in three hours

Minestrone cuppa soup. Slice of bread with margarine.
Pasta with vegetable sauce.
Hula Hoops.

You missed the skewers with aubergine and courgette :)

L: salad w/ lettuce, carrot, tomato, cucumber, avocado, lemon
A: a gf melting moment, spoonful of pb, grapes, water
D: 8 rice paper rolls w/ tomato, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, sweet chilli sauce, water

It's funny you guys think that's a lot of tea. 7-10 cups is pretty average for me in a day :p

Shepherds Pie made with Realeat mince with brussels sprouts and peas

lots of decaff tea with soyal milk

Breakfast: ww bread with peanutbutter and grape jelly. coffee w/soycreamer. banana.

Lunch: thai food takeaway - yellow curry with tofu, potatoes and peas over rice noodles.

Dinner: ww pita with horsradish hummus, shredded carrots and kalmata olives

Thursday:

Breakfast: peanutbutter and jelly on ww bread. part of a banana. coffee w/soymilk

Lunch: sandwich of smoked tofurky, herb mix, shredded carrots, avocado on a ww roll.

dinner: ww pasta w/marinara sauce w/boca burger, black olives, green garlic olives, white onion mixed it. limoncello and mead. blackberries.

Friday:

breakfast - coffee and soycreamer. few handfuls of triscuits.

Lunch - grilled veggie panini. black coffee

dinner - steamed fingerling potatoes (red/white/blue) with earth balance and salt. Gardenburger riblet. gatorade.

A: raw carrot cake w/ agave cashew icing, teeccino w/ rice milk, 4 pces Marzipan Ritter Sport
D: gf bagel w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, tomato & 2 raw felafel, water

Went to a barbecue and ate my weight in food...but it was delicious
5 wholewheat pitta breads w/ tomato chutney
4 sausages
1 nut cutlet
Some cherry tomatoes, radish and spinach
3 cans cider
A few sweet chilli crisps
1 mug tea
Strawberry Alpro yoghurt

Water was all I could stomach for the rest of the day.
