L: boca burger with lettuce, pickles, and ketchup on a ww bun, marinated mushrooms
S: tall vanilla soy latte
S: grapes
D: raw pad thai (vegetable noodles with almond butter/lime/hot chile sauce), raw lemon fennel soup, fresh raspberries
whole bottle of french wine/vodka drink :rolleyes:

3 small soft pretzels
2 cups of green tea
stir-fried vegetables (onion, carrot, mushrooms, beets, leeks) with buckwheat
some dried apples
glass of banana juice
2 rice wafers

A: 1 avo sushi roll

Museli with a banana and soya milk. Home made fruit smoothie
Lentil and veg soup with 2 slices WM bread and pure spread.
Apricot soya yoghurt
Tofu with chinese veg sir fry with brown rice and veg spring rolls with sweet chilli dipping saice.
Chocolate Soya Yoghurt
Mixed nuts and dried fruit
Lots of decaff Tea with soya milk
Today
Tofu Scramble with mushrooms, canned toamtoes, WM toast, OJ
1/2 bar dark chocolate
lentil and veg soup 2 slices WM bread with Pure spread.
raspberry and vanilla soya Yoghurt
Nut roast with carrots, parsnips and swede mash, cabbage and peas. Onion gravy.
Chocolate soya dessert and strawberries.
lots of decaff tea with soya milk

Roast peppers with garlic and herbs, stuffed with cherry tomatos, with rice

Half a packet of salt and vinegar crisps.
Free samples at fayre - chocolate, Cheezly, falafel, veggie sausage, creamy Sheese on crackers, Sheese, mayonnaise and apple wine.
Strawberry and chocolate ice cream cone.
Beer.
Tiramisu cupcake.
Jammy Dodger.
Fruit juice and vodka.
Wholemeal pitta breads dipped in hummus.

B: Porridge made with jumbo oats, banana, rice milk, and maca powder and a Pau D'Arco tea
L: Barley soup and a spelt roll
S: A handful of frozen grapes, a few cacao nibs
D: Vegetable soup with 2 ryvitas
^ I'd usually eat a hell of a lot more than that, but i've started taking hoodia recently and i'm so stuffed i can barely move!

Breakfast: Weetabix (Co-op clones) with Oatly and agave nectar.
Lunch: Veggie burger (Fry's) in a bap with relish, tomato sauce, tomato, cucumber and raw onion and a side plate of chips.
Dinner: Veggie mince cottage pie with steamed brussels sprouts.

Saturday:
Late Breakfast: peanutbutter and grape jelly on toast. coffee with soycreamer
Dinner (sushi place) - butternut squash tempora. deep fried tofu. some veggie maki rolls. tofu teriyaki with veg. plum wine and saki.
Snack: horseradish hummus with baked multigrain chips. kalmata olives. gatorade.

Breakfast/lunch: mini pita with hummus and edamame
Snacks: pretzels with peanut butter, snapea crips, roasted edamame
Dinner: small salad, bread, cereal (it was a baddd night in the dining hall)
Snacks: popcorn, more of the above snacks!

well it is only 1.30 pm but so far i've had:
B: small bowl ready brek
snacked on blackberries and few cups of organic decaf tea with soy milk
oh and i had one brazil nut lol
trying to hold off having lunch as long as possible until i really am hungry - not just coz it's lunch time.
then i will be having cauliflower "cheese" - homecooked. yummy.

Dinner: steamed red/white/blue fingerling potatos with eath balance, fresh chopped rosemary and salt. Gardenburger Riblet. water.

Breakfast: Banana x 2
Snack: Oatcakes with peanut butter
Snack: Handful of salted pistachios (the crack cocaine of nuts)
Lunch: Wrap with tomato, cucumber, spring onion, mushrooms and humus.
Dinner: Roast spuds and parsnips, nut roast with some tomato on top, steamed carrots and leeks.
