pasta with mushrooms and watercress

2 cups of tea+sugar

beet salad, fresh bread + hummous

cup of tea+ sugar
2 rice wafers, some almonds and raisins

Yesterday:
B: pistachio larabar, tea
L: red lentil and cauliflower curry with white rice, raw carrot sticks, mixed nuts with raisins, choc covered espresso beans (all in bento box portions)
D: southwest couscous salad (with black beans, corn, red onion, cilantro, avocado), 4 slices of baked tofu, glass of orange juice

Today:
B: 1 banana, tea
S: oatmeal raisin luna bar
L: couscous salad, 1/2 an avocado, raw carrot sticks, dill pickle cashews, strawbana coconut milk yogurt, carob covered raisins (Bento Box portions)
D: huge burrito (black beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, guac), chips and salsa, diet soda
S: carob covered raisins

B: 2 narnas, a lemon chewie, teeccino w/ rice milk
M: a lemon chewie, narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: salad w/ lettuce, carrot, avo, cuc, tomato, lemon juice, peppermint tea
A: peppermint tea, a pce of raw choc, goji, pecan fudge, a narna
D: juice w/ celery, carrot & apple, 4 pcs Ritter Sport Marzipan, water

Br - banana
Lunch - 2 avocado rolls (nice wholemealy ones with seeds on top), salad, carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks, a few squares of plamil milky chocolate, grapes
Dinner - Carrot, leek and potato soup, a few spoonfuls of shelled hemp seeds ('Yorkshire hemp' ones from the Brighton Vegan Fayre) and :o all but 3 squares of the rest of the plamil chocolate. Oops.

Hmm. Not a huge amount of protein, so I may have a sausage sandwich later.

Tried to eat more fruit and veg today:

A pear and an apple,
Toastie with "ham" and mayo,

2 hot cross buns,
Green tea,

Celery and carrot soup with flax oil,
"Cheese" and yeast extract sandwich,

Stir fry - mange tout, baby corn, red pepper and onion with sweet and sour sauce,
2 chocolate truffle eggs,
I will probably have a salad with dressing later.

ETA - I didn't have any salad, I instead had some chips through the power of suggestion on the forum!

changed my mind from more buffet food to salad with vinegarette & red pepper sauce, chive sheese and chips. I think I've had enough texture protein to last me a while.

Raspberry and vanilla soya yoghurt

veggie burger in a bun with salad
chocolate soya dessert

bar of vegan chocolate, oops

lots of decaff tea with soya milk

Mmmm too many calories today I think.

I ate tons today:

A pear and 2 apples,
Weetabix with rice milk and two sliced bananas,
2 hot cross buns,
Vegetable soup and 2 crumpets with pure
Avocado, lettuce and tomato salad with dressing,
A sliced red pepper, celery, carrots, jalapeno peppers with lots of plamil mayo,
A sandwich with "cheese" slices,
A chocolate truffle egg,
Packet of kettle crisps,

Lots of green tea and water.

I've been vegan about a month, so my diet is still pretty basic because I haven't done a whole lot of experimenting yet!

Yesterday:
B: Oatmeal with maple syrup, cinnamon and raisins
S: Sliced veggies with hummus
L: Veggie chili with a toasted pita, Spinach salad with sliced strawberry, apple, carrot and cucumber, with mango dressing (mmmm...)
S: Orange
D: Basmati rice with stir-fried onion, carrot, broccoli, pineapple, green pepper and a little bit of sweet and sour sauce

Definately ready for something new: I've been eating the same 15-20 things over and over because I'm too poor to buy alot of new ingredients!!

Thursday:

Breakfast: sandwich of peanutbutter and jelly on ww bread. Coffee w/soycreamer.

Lunch: (subway) sandwich w/shredded carrots, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, green peppers, yellow peppers, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt/pepper/oregano. diet coke.

Dinner: (itallian resturaunt) - bread dipped in olive oil w/salt and red pepper flakes. pasta dish of fusilli, brocolli rabe, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, garlic, olive oil. sparkling lemon sanpellagrino.
