Wednesday:

Breakfast: peanutbutter and grape jelly on ww bread. Coffee w/soycreamer.

Lunch: smoked almonds and a banana.

Dinner: Gardenburger Riblet. steamed fingerling potatoes (red/white/blue) with earth balance, garlic salt and fresh chopped rosemary.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Coffee w/soymilk. ww bread with peanutbutter and jelly.

Lunch: pasta salad made from - ww pasta w/garlic salt, kalamata olives, halved grape tomatoes, diced Tofurky itallian sausage.

Dinner: Indonesian stirfry - stirfry veggies in peanut sauce w/tempeh and cashews.

Dessert: cup of fresh blackberries with plum wine over the top. few peices of chocolate.

Monday:

Breakfast: Peanutbutter and jelly on ww bread.

Lunch: Thai takeaway - yellow curry with tofu, peas and rice noodles.

Dinner: pasta salad made from - ww pasta w/garlic salt, kalamata olives, halved grape tomatoes, diced Tofurky itallian sausage.

Dessert: cup of fresh blackberries with plum wine over the top. few peices of chocolate.

That sounds really good! What kind of plum wine do you use? I don't think I've had since becoming vegan, I used to love it.

Weetabix with rice milk and 2 sliced bananas,
Bowl of homemade minestrone soup,
2 chocolate truffle eggs,
Packet of salt and vinegar crisps,
Apple and a pear,
"Cheese" and blackberry jam sandwich,
Salad with dressing,
I'm going to have chips with mushy peas for dinner,

Green tea and water.

B: toast and jam

L: sweet n sour pot noodle

snacks: watermelon and tea with soy milk

D: Just made a lush vegan pizza. made the base in my bread machine and put baked beans on (didn't have any tomato puree lol), vegan cheese, mushrooms, slice toms, watercress and herbs. Yummy . ate half of it myself!!! OH not fussed...he's an omni.

washing it down with a bottle of cobra as we speak.... prob have another one later too ;)

Slice of toast with Pure spread. Slice of toast with Pure and peanut butter.
Rooibos tea with soya milk.
Sip of chocolate soya milk.
One Starburst sweet.
Bubble and squeak, tinned tomato, peas, one veggie sausage and onion and mushroom gravy.

B: almond berry luna bar, glass of oj, tea
S: 1 banana
L: veggie lo mein, a sushi roll, pineapple pieces
S: grapes
D: mac and "cheese" (recipe from veganyumyum.com), rosemary lemon tofu, steamed broccoli

I also am planning on having a couple glasses of wine :)

L: salad w/ lettuce, carrot, tom, cuc, avo & lemon juice
A: 2 lemon chewies, juice w/ carrot, apple celery
D: a shiitake mushroom, gravy & potato pie, roast potato chips

Today
B: narna, teeccino w/ rice milk
M: narna, coconut carob bar
L: plate of veggo food - rice, potato curry, beany ball type things @ V festival, water
D: hot chips, water

Yesterday, it was the last day of uni so there was lots of drinking to celebrate!:

Green tea
Peach soya yogurt
Cider and black
Chocolate brownie
Cider and black
Small bowl of coco pops
Piece of toast with pure spread
Lots of cider and blacks!
Potato wedges as post-drinking snack!

Water.

2 apples,
2 wholemeal toasted sandwiches with vegan bacon, lettuce and mayo,
Lots of green tea.

Packet of salt and vinegar crisps,
5 hob nobs with pure and cheese slices, yum!

Pasta with beans and veggies,
Guacamole with carrot sticks,

I'm still quite hungry.....:dizzy:

I just made some lettuce wraps with sweetcorn, onion, orange pepper, tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce.

Kettle chips with Tofutti cream cheese dip

Lots of water. Orange juice.

Crisps,

Awwwww. *Jealousy*.

I've had a bowl of pasta with seeds of change sauce, an apple, and a bowl of stir fried tofu, purple sprouting broccoli and pepper with garlic and soya sauce.

Strangely enough, all that broccoli didn't get rid of my craving for chocolate chip cookies...
