Friday:

Breakfast: peanutbutter and grape jelly sandwich. coffee w/soycreamer.

Lunch: (Leftover Itallian food) pasta dish of fusilli, brocolli rabe, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, garlic, olive oil.

a few lifesavers

Dinner: corn chip w/better than cream cheese and pickles. Gardenburger riblet w/steamed fingerling potatoes in earth balance and fresh rosemary.

out w/friends at a bar: tanquery and tonic with a twist.

late night snack: hashbrowns, hot chocolate, 2 chocolate cake balls.

Saturday:

Breakfast: coffee w/soycreamer. 2 chocolate cake balls. handful of cashews.

Snacks:

fritos

gatorade

1/2 a pretzel w/salt

Dinner: 5 fake chicken nuggets. BBQ sauce. glass of limoncello.

Sunday:

Brunch: handful of blackberries, whole grain pancakes with pecans, walnuts, sliced banana, syrup. black coffee.

Dinner: sandwich on ciabatta w/horsradish hummus, 3 slices tofurky, sliced plum tomatoes, kalamata olives. pickles on the side.

dessert - 1/2 banana.

That sounds really good! What kind of plum wine do you use? I don't think I've had since becoming vegan, I used to love it.


Gekkeikan? It is all in Japanese and just says, "Plum Wine" :D

Wow! Most of you are so healthy! I just went to a talk about vegan nutrition, and suddenly my understanding of food has completely changed! So I can actually tell that other people are eating healthy foods here now...

Breakfast: cereal with soy milk, green peas, chickpeas, diced potatoes
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, vegetable soup
Dinner: Strawberries, carrots with Mediterranean hummus dip, Earth Balance on bread slice

Eww... I need to change my diet!

Breakfast: Several cups black coffee with cinnamon

Brunch: 1 broken up brown rice cake with 1 punnet blueberries, 8 strawberries, 3 deglet dates, 6 almonds, 6 cashews, 6 peanuts, 1 banana, cinnamon & ~1/2 cup pure soymilk..

Cup of macha [green tea]

Late lunch: Bowl of red lentil curry [with cauliflower, kabocha squash, red & yellow peppers, onion, garlic & ginger..], 2 small fresh tomatoes and two HOMEMADE whole wheat Chapati! [so awesome. My first time making them! :D]

2 cups of chai tea..

2 teeny oranges that tasted different from any I've ever had..

~1/4 of a large pineapple

2 Tsing Tao beers.

Late snack: 2 strange pseudobread slices with ~1/2 an avocado and about 1 small bunch of boston lettuce.

I've been wanting to make this salad (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=19624.0) for the past few days.. [with maybe a TEASPOON of oil rather than a CUP].. I've got to make it tomorrow! I must!

I haven't been drinking enough water and I'm getting so frustrated with myself!! Does anyone have any tips to increase my intake without having to be drinking constantly? I have the bottle right next to me but it never seems to empty more than once before bedtime!

Baked potato with Pure spread. Hummus. Vegetable chilli. Sheese. Salad.

S: some bites of last night's ethiopian seitan leftovers
D: few slices of pizza (soy cheese, veggies, sauce), plain breadsticks

Cucumber and pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Glass of Champagne and lots of ciders!
A piece of toast with Pure spread

A mango,
Porridge with bananas and soya milk,
Green tea.

Small packet of salted kettle crisps.
A bagel with two veggie sausages and brown sauce.
Glass of chocolate soya milk and I'm about to have another one with some crackers with chickpea and olive pate.
SOS roll.

I will have some lettuce wraps with veggies, brown rice and salsa and maybe a bean burger for dinner.
