whole wheat bread with tartex spread and some radishes
green tea+sugar
curried rice with red lentils and cabbage
some almonds and raisins

M: gf monte carlo biscuit, narna, green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: salad w/ lettuce, carrot, tom, cuc, avo, lemon juice
A: 2 cups of tea, narna w/ choc coconut butter
D: zucchini pasta w/ tomato, cashew sauce & sun dried toms, water

Yesterday:

Yasai Itame at Wagamama
Cucumber and pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Leftover veggie rogan josh with boiled rice
Alpro chocolate yogurt thing :)

Lots and lots of water for the hangover!

Slice of wholegrain toast with peanut butter
Banana
Can of sugar free red bull (it was free)
Bag of popcorn
Orange
5 raw button mushrooms
Finger full of peanut butter
Roasted broccoli/cauliflower/babycorn/red pepper/yellow pepper/turnip with some millet and baked beans
2 pieces plain chocolate

glass of tomato juice
some rice wafers
soy cappuccino
stir fried mushrooms with rice and beans
banana smoothie with grape juice
some almonds

B: coconut cream pie larabar, tea
L: tofu salad in a pita, salad with olive oil/balsalmic dressing, fresh strawberries, choc. covered espresso beans
S: more strawberries and choc. covered espresso beans (I discovered they are amazing eaten together)
D: grilled asian style marinated tofu, lemony roasted potatoes, salad with tomatoes and sunflower seeds (and leftover marinade for dressing)

D: 6 rice paper rolls w/ raw tom, cuc, carrot, lettuce & sweet chilli sauce, 1/4 of an avocado w/ some beetroot corn chips

I ate:

Breakfast:
Hummus
Toast

Snack:
Leek pie

Lunch:
Baked tofu
Steamed Broccoli
Rice noodles with soya sauce
Grilled Veggies

Snack:
Tangerine

Dinner:
Tofu Ravioli
and a spoonful of Greek Rice with 1/4 potato

Dessert:
Dark Chocolate with almonds
Gunpowder Taffy tea from David's Tea (http://www.davidstea.com/)

Ha! That is a lot of food

I had sandwiches with scheese ("strong cheddar") and sainsbury's spiced mango chutney. Very nice, though I think it could be improved with some rocket, or maybe that would overpower it. And better bread than best-of-both.

I had a very healthy breakfast of 4 cans of diet cream soda and a packet of crisps.:umm_ani:

Pasta with olive oil, green chilli and broccoli,
4 crackers with pure spread and cherry jam,
I've just had some vanilla ice cream with pineapple.

I am going to have jacket potatoes with salad with balsamic vinegar later. I just realised I haven't had any toast today, that will have to be rectified.

Yesterday:

Green tea
A pitta bread with cucumber, yellow pepper slices and olive and sundried tomato houmous
Small bowl of carrot and coriander home made soup and small bit of ciabatta
Leftover veggies in black bean sauce with boiled rice
A few cider and blacks and vodka cranberries
Couple of pitta breads with olive and sundried tomato houmous for post-drinking snack!

Lots of water.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: oat meal with soy milk topped with banana.

Lunch: pita bread with falafel, tomato and avacado, dried apricots.

Dinner: pasta with homemade tomato sauce, and chopped up vegan sausages mixed through it.

also some diet soda and 2 cups of green tea. :)
