I think I need to stay at my boy's place more often, I eat a lot less.

muesli with rice milk
espresso
pancake soup with vegetables + salad (lettuce+tofu)
3 cups of green tea + sugar
roasted fennel salad + baked herbed millet
some rice cakes
some almonds + cashews
3 apples, banana

Oatmeal with banana
half a box of PB puffins
Veggie stir fry with brown rice (snow peas, red pepper, brocili, onion, garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, squash)
half a pint of cookie dough purely decadent soy ice cream

Haha, it's only cus I finished uni for easter... honest!! :D

I drank some more last night too cus we had friends over hehe :o

Breakfast: oatmeal + peanut butter + flax
Snack: Coco loco nakd bar; soya cappuccino
Lunch: Houmous & carrot sandwich; apple slices & grapes
Snack: Soy nuts; coffee
Dinner: Vcon black bean burger + a big bowl of raw courgette 'pasta' with yummy raw tomato sauce; dessert = apple with almond butter

I will be going to the pub later also...

filled pancakes (tahini, lettuce, beets, onions, fennel)

2 cups of green tea + sugar
steamed carrots and parsley roots with gruenkern (unripe smoked spelt berries)
2 apples
some rice wafers
some almonds

Half a pitta bread with Pure cream cheese
Warm pitta bread with Tofutti cheese slice and Cheatin ham slice
2 stuffed peppers with rice, courgette and red onion
Green tea
Couple of squares of chocolate

Lots of water.

salad (potatoes+carrots+lettuce+salsify)

Creamy penne pasta with lentils, chillis and mushrooms (from 13th Note, Glasgow)
Small bowl of curried butternut squash soup
Bombay Mix
Peppermint and fennel tea
Mini poppadoms with salsa
Couple of squares of chocolate

Lots of water.

Too much.:dizzy:

2 pears.
2 toast with pure spread.
3 crumpets with pure spread.
Green tea.
Coconut vegetable and bean curry with brown rice.
Blackcurrant squash.
PB sandwich.
Crackers.
Kettle crisps.
Cup of cocoa.
Salad with dressing.
Now I'm having a glass of wine.

I also started to eat a lettuce and mango chutney sandwich. But it was absolutely disgusting!:eek: Unsurprisingly!

Breakfast:Porridge + peanut butter + flax
Snack: Soya cappuccino
Lunch: Wagamamas chilli men + green tea
Snack: Apple + some soy nuts
Dinner: Bean stew; yummy blended dried unsulphured apricots with some soy yoghurt

Yday:
Breakfast: Porridge + peanut butter + flax; soya cappuccino
Snack: Soya cappuccino
Lunch: White bean houmous in pitta with veg; half a nak'd bar; soy nuts
Snack: 3 crackers
Dinner: Vcons lentil & cauliflower curry; apple with almond butter
+ Too much wine

Dinner: Raw courgette pasta with marinara sauce, sprinkled with various nuts & seeds; apple with almond butter
Snack: 2 dates stuffed with almonds
