Porridge with ANY kind of nut/seed butter is AWESOME! Try it try it!!! :D
I miss peanut butter. :amazed_ani: Here in Nagasaki they only have tiny containers of peanut "cream" which always has some kind of oil ["vegetable" oil I think- never palm or other kind of semi-tolerable kind], sugar AND salt. I've only seen one or two kinds that don't have milk added as well. It's so strange, but I guess 100% peanut butter isn't really a Japanese food. :o Ohhh well. Less than four months and I will be reunited with bread and peanut butter and all the other delicious foods that Americans demand and are supplied with. Ha!

Oh my god yes!! I just finished eating some oatmeal, PB and banana, it's my favorite breakfast. I put a little rice milk in too to help stir it and make it "creamier"

^ You people are all strange I tell ya!;)
I might make a bowl of porridge soon and then put a little bit aside to mix with some PB so I don't ruin it all if I don't like it!:D
I have eaten very unhealthily today:
Rice noodles with soya sauce on 2 wholemeal toast,
2 packets of crisps,
2 jacket potatoes with baked beans and lots of tomatoes,
6 jam tarts.

 Some people here don't seem to eat enough to feed a flea! And what happened to the idea of eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg? I know it's none of my business but I can't help feeling concerned :(

I'm going to copy SnowyWhite's meal and make pasta with mushrooms, garlic and soya cream later.:) So far all I have had today is 2 cups of tea with soya milk and sugar and 2 rolls with pure and marmite.

I do think that some people on this thread seem to eat very little. I assume the people that eat the same amount as me never post! But then my husband only eats one meal a day and he doesn't have an ED or anything, he just doesn't get very hungry.
I need to eat more fruit but my fruit bowl is empty.
