B. Muesli, strawberries and raspberries with rice milk.
S. Oat cakes with peanut butter.
L. Baguette with grated carrot, onion, tomato and hummus. Packet of crisps.
S. Dried fruit (papaya, pineapple, apricots) and a couple of pieces of crystalised ginger.
D. Cottage pie (veggie mince, carrots, mushrooms, onion, celery, tomato and peas for filling topped with a mix of white and sweet potatoes, a sprinkle of vegan Parmesan and sliced tomato) with steamed broccoli. Washing it down with an ice cold Scrumpy Jack.

The doughnut shaped fried lentil thingies are the best. *drools*

Agreed.

Yesterday:

raw almond shake (almonds, almond butter, raw cocoa powder, dates, water)
crusty bread rounds and olive antipasto, tea
1 banana
2 potato and kale enchiladas (v-con) with tofutti sour cream, spanish rice
glass of oj

Ooh I've just found this thread! How fun.

Breakfast: Glass of orange juice. Coffee.
Lunch: Spicy avocado wrap, with lettuce, spinach, peppers and cherry tomatoes. Water.
Snack: Pitta and houmous, cashews and crisps. Water.
Dinner: Spiced chickpea and lemon soup. Wine.
Snack: Bowl of blueberry yoghurt and grapes.

Breakfast - Ready brek with soya milk, sultanas and ground flax seeds
Dinner - Homemade wholemeal bread with peanut butter, an apple, huge bunch of grapes
Snack - Slice of homemade bread and Pure
Tea - Spaghetti bolognese (tomatoes, courgette, onion, bell pepper, garlic, spinach) with nooch and sesame seeds on top
Snack - Some leftover Divine dark chocolate Easter egg

Plus 1 cup cocoa with soya milk and 5 pints of blackcurrant squash (I'm writing an essay - it helps me think!)

Kettle chips with salsa and Tofutti cream cheese dip

L 1/2 can baked beans 2 slices toast
D falaffels, hummous, greensalad, cous cous salad, olives and cherry toms.

snacks, american hard gums, gingernuts, bag plain crisps, water, loads of tea.

B: 2 wheat crumpets, one with sunflower seed butter, one with jam. tea.
L: 1 kale and potato enchilada w/tofutti sour cream. spanish rice. an orange. 4 jolly ranchers.
S: celery sticks with hummus
D: raw polenta and mushroom ragout

Medium red apple
Several mugs of Pukka 'revitalize' tea.

Huge salad [mixed greens and sprouts, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, avocado, mango, banana, chickpeas, lemon juice & zest, black pepper and a little salt. ]

Several glasses of red wine.


Not much water.. only a liter! :sad:

Slice of bread. Three sage and onion slices. Watercress. Pasta with butterbean sauce.
Coffee with soya milk.
Banana.
Lettuce, watercress, cherry tomato, cucumber, avocado and cream Sheese sandwich.
Chocolate soya milk.
Half a can of lager.

M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas), white tea
L: salad w/ lettuce, carrot, avo, tomato, cuc, lemon juice and a gf bread roll
D: hot chips

Yesterday:

Green tea
Wheetbix with a banana and soya milk
Green tea
Sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mustard and some reduced fat houmous
A few grapes
Some kettle chips with salsa
Sandwich with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mustard and Pure spread

Lots of water.

I've been trying to use up this crap limp lettuce I got from Asda, tried to it it on its own and it made me feel nauseous :confused: but sandwiches are yummy :p

Bowl of okara "porridge" with ~1 cup okara, ~1/2 cup pure soy milk, 1 banana, ~1 tsp crushed sesame seeds, ~1 Tbsp rolled oats, ~1 Tbsp raisins and loads of cinnamon and ginger.



1 tiny mango and 2 kiwis
A few large cups of coffee




1 red apple
1 small banana




Bowl of green cabbage and spinach sauteed in garlic and ginger, topped with brown rice porridge [cooked with dried shiitake mushrooms], natto [!!!], and loads of fresh green onion
Big salad [mixed greens & sprouts, carrot, cucumber, red pepper, yellow onion, tomato, avocado, lemon juice & zest, fresh basil & cilantro, black pepper, cumin and cayenne.]




Only about two liters of water throughout the day.. :sad:

Breakfast - Bran flakes with soya milk, sultanas and flax seeds
Dinner- Tomato and thyme soup at Ikea (asked to see the side of the box to check).
Snack - Wholegrain pitta bread with tomato puree and Tofutti slice. 1 slice Mrs Crimble's dutch apple cake
Tea - Sweetcorn and pinto bean pie with mash
Supper - Homemade bread and Pure

4 pints blackcurrant squash, 2 green teas, 1 carton lingonberry juice @ Ikea

I have a feeling I ate chocolate at some point but can't remember when. Meh.

2 toasted bagels with pure and marmite,
Glass of chocolate soya milk,
About 10-12 bourbon biscuits (!)
Cup of coffee.

My food shopping arrived so then I had
Baguette with grated carrot, tomatoes, lettuce and pickle,
Very small bowl of grape nuts and rice milk (it was a small bowl because I hadn't tasted it before and it looks like sawdust or cat litter but it tasted okay!:p)

I'm going to have a nut cutlet with mashed potatoes and lots of steamed veggies later.

Porridge oats, soymilk, ground flax, prunes, blackstrap molasses, banana, sultanas. Toast, marmalade, yeast extract.
Houmous, carrot, rocket sandwich. Baked potato.
Curry; Tofu, tomato, chickpeas can, kidney bean can, bag of spinach, sprouts, mushrooms, head of broccoli, rice.
Flagolet bean can, 5 fistfulls almonds, 4 fistfulls walnuts, 100g hemp seeds, 5 fistfulls pumpkin seeds, 6 carrots, 4 bananas, litre chocolate soymilk, 2 oranges & apple.

5 choc mints

4 new potatoes (boiled, no fat), 1 LM pie, 1/2 head of Broccoli, gravy

Toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with margarine (I was going to have it with jam, but it had cochineal in it, yeuch).
Guacamole, jalapeno and salad leaf sandwich.
Chunk of crusty white bread spread with margarine and dipped in tomato juice.
Peppermint tea.
Three beers.
Mashed potato, gravy, peas, veggie sausages, ketchup and mustard.
Vanilla ice cream.
