B: narna, gf narna bread muffin, teeccino w/ rice milk
M: green smoothie (baby spinach, 2 narnas)
L: salad sammige on gf bread w/ lett, tom, carrot, cuc, avo and Plamil mayo, plus extra salad w/ lemon juice
D: Shiitake mushroom chunk, gravy & mashed potato pie and potato gems
Yest'day

Cucumber and pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
LM country pie
Toastie with Cheatin bacon and a Tofutti cheese slice
Lots of water. Some Lychee juice.

Kitteh, do you make your muffins at home? I've noticed they make a frequent appearance in your breakfasts. :tongue_ani:

Yup, I use the banana bread recipe from the PPK recipe section, made gf by changing the flours

I LOVE reading your tea flavors. What's in your melon tea? Sounds awesome! I had some chinese blend of tea the other day with little bits of dried lychee and goji berries in it! I think it also had some burdock root and some other things.. but it was incredible. The lychee sweetened it so perfectly. :D
Mmmm...that tea you had sounds delicious! The melon tea has organic green tea, orange peel, yerba mate, natural melon flavor. tbh, the melon flavor isn't that noticeable I don't think. But it might be b/c I keep the tea bag in the cup so it gets very strong and the green and yerba flavor overpowers the subtler ones.

S: couple spoonfuls of spicy hummus
D: 2 large bowls of spiced chickpea and lemon soup, crusty bread, 2 glasses of wine

Just had a slice of chocolate fudge cake and 'custard' (which was actually yum) dressed with a strawberry coulis, from Vita Organic (http://www.vitaorganic.co.uk/).

L: Something similar to a chickpea curry eaten with pita bread & bowl of vegan ice cream (not eaten at the same time, lol!)

Lunch: Houmous & carrot sandwich; cocoa brownie trek bar
Snack: 5 rye crisp breads
Dinner: Pizza express- some olives; giardiniera pizza [minus cheese & pesto]; 3 glasses of white wine

Sandwich with lettuce, mustard and thin layer of reduced fat houmous
Watermelon juice
Couple of spoonfuls leftover curry of red pepper and onion in Bhoona sauce
Coco pops with soya milk
Peppermint and fennel tea
Chocolate buttons
Lots of water.

About 6 cups of organic/decaf tea with soya milk and lots of water.

:confused: No, I don't think it's possible.. unless by a "piece", she meant the piece left after someone took the first slice. :lol:

Haha yeah I would hope not, just in the sense that she's rewarding herself by doing the opposite of what she's going to the gym for. I wasn't really being serious.

Burning 1000 calories off is great Daffodil, you deserved a treat.:)
I bought lots of yummy stuff this morning so I have been munching my way through it all today :bigsmile:
2 chinese white pears,
Pot of detox tea,
Lots and lots of wholemeal toast with Tartex vegetarian pate.
Nut cutlet with steamed white asparagus and green beans. Chickpeas, broad beans and yellow pepper in vegan mayo. Lettuce and a few cherry tomatoes.
Packet of salted kettle crisps,
5 raspberry chocolates,
I just made a pot of green tea. (I bought a tea pot today.)

L: tortilla wrap with spicy hummus, tofu, carrots, romaine lettuce. more tofu pieces, baby carrots, raw trek mix
S: more trek mix
D: papaya salad, red thai curry with tofu and veggies, sweet sticky rice with mango (all so yummy!)
Plus 2 homemade strawberry mojitos :p

Coconut and bean chilli with tortilla chips and sour cream (from the 78, Glasgow)
Chocolate and almond cake (from the 78, Glasgow)
Small plate of 'chicken' dippers and potato wedges
Lots of water.
