-3 no bake sunflower seed rasberry jam cookies (walnut meal, agave, sunflower seed butter, cinnamon, and rasberry fruit spread in the middle) yum!
-bar of dark chocolate
-2/3 large head of red leaf romaine made into a salad with evoo, vinegar, mustard, variety of spices, salt,
-bengal spice tea
-a brazil nut

3 slices of sourdough bread with olive spread, two carrots
apple
stir fried vegetables (carrot, mushrooms, savoy cabbage, onions) with lentils and rice

S. Oat cakes with peanut butter
L. Wrap with tomato, cucumber, mushroom, radish, spring onion and tahini.
S. Cocoa Nakd bar. A handful of mixed dried fruit.
D. Linda M. pie, chips, steamed carrots, runner beans and cauli, gravy.

D: pumpkin soup w/ mushies, onion and steamed broccoli, water

Green tea
Wheetabix with a banana and soya milk
Few cashew nuts
Sandwich with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, Pure spread and mustard
Green tea
2 ginger nut biccies
Handful of cashew nuts
Stir fry with noodles
Hawaiian juice
Lots of water.

4 slices of wholemeal toast with pure and marmite,
Pot of green tea,
2 baked potatoes with lentil and vegetable curry on top,
Lettuce with vegan mayo,
Spoonful of PB,
Lots of fruit - 2 pears, 2 oranges, a handful of strawberries and one of blackberries.
I don't know what I'm having for dinner yet.

Avocado on toast and black coffee
Homemade creamy mushroom soup and crusty bread
Chilled fizzy water
Stir fry.......brocolli, carrot, sugar snap peas, mushroom, onion, red pepper, cabbage, baby sweetcorn, wheat noodles and soy sauce.
Weston's cider :)
vegan marshmallows
baked potato and cheezly
more fizzy water
more Weston's cider!
(I'm going to have more but I'll tell you about it tomorrow!) :)

Mmmm Sandra, you're stir fry sounds good! I'm going to make that exact combo without the mushrooms (they gross me out) once I go shopping!

Some delicious mushroom soup that my madre made :D
Some Rivita and houmous
A tasty stir-fry courtesy of my mumsy
A baked potato and cheezly with onion
A rice krispie treat I made with my vegan marshmallows that came this morning :D
A brandy and coke :D

Strawberries, blackberries and a plum,
Cup of detox tea,
2 slices of wholemeal toast with PB and a sliced banana,
Packet of kettle crisps.
I'm having fried tofu with rice noodles for dinner and some white wine.

Kitteh, I always see you eat narna for breakfast. What exactly is that? I tried googling it but nothing came up, except urban dictionary (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=narna) did say "Narna comes from the word 'banana'. Can describe someone who made a mistake.":hmm:

It means banana. Either that or Kitteh eats people who make mistakes for breakfast, but I'm pretty sure that's not vegan ;).

Lol, it is banana :) I've never heard anyone call someone else a narna, haha.
I've been asked this so many times, but I enjoy calling them narnas :p
