B: Two pieces of toast (EB spread) with blackberry jam, coffee
L: Three bowls of quinoa salad, figs, and 1/2 eggless egg salad sandwich.
snack: figs and chai tea with Silk
D: Planning for eggplant with tomato sauce and veganrella, french bread, green salad. A Knudsen's Spritzer, probably. Maybe Soy ice cream later.

breakfast: grits made w/ soymilk & earth balance, OJ

lunch: two veggie pigs in blankets w/ ketchup, ritz crackers, amy's lentil & veggie soup, a cocoa mint cookie

snack: rosewater mint sorbet (amaaaaaaaazing)

dinner: salad (mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, homemade ranch dressing), a gigantic potato topped w/ red onion, tomato, green pepper, green onion & salsa (I ate all the filling then melted earth balance on the skin), fruit cup (a couple chunks of grapefruit & pineapple, & one red grape), coffee w/ soy creamer

after work: probably a couple beers

soya yogurt, 2 kiwi fruit + oats

leftover chestnut risotto
carrot, celeriac + beetroot salad

earl grey tea + soya milk
3 tangerines
chocolate-covered fig

tofu scramble with mushrooms, red pepper, brokkoli + tomatoes
toasted spelt bread

Breakfast:
-Oatmeal with soymilk and brown sugar
-Blackberries
-Apple

Lunch:
-Amy's Texas Burger on 2 slices of oat bran bread with lettuce and Nayonaise
-Raw veggies: Baby carrots, green pepper strips, and green beans
-Pear
-Butter pecan soy ice cream

Snack:
-Apple
-Pear

Dinner:
-BBQ Riblets
-Brown rice with EB
-Salad: Romaine, a plum tomato, green peppers, baby carrots
-Raw green beans
-Orange

sunflower seed bread with mustard-arugula spread and tomatoes (2 slices)

couscous salad with tomatoes and cucumber

Asian stir-fry with noodles and a variety of veggies

two clementines

an apple


...woah...no real snacking yesterday...but not very healthy, either...

YUM!!!!! Did you make it, buy it in a store or get it at a restaurant? Yum! It sounds so good!

I WISH I could make it! I got it at a gelato place in town that also makes sorbets. First time trying it, and I will definitely go back!

soya yogurt, kiwi fruit + walnuts
grapefruit

pumpkin seed roll, yeast extract + tomato slices
salad (radicchio, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, celery, carrot, mushrooms)

earl grey tea + soya milk
lebkuchen
tangerine, apple

wholewheat spaghetti with chickpea sauce, courgettes + cherry tomatoes

Breakfast: (I was starving!)
-Oatmeal with soymilk and brown sugar
-2 apples
-almonds
-6 oz container of lemon soy yogurt

Lunch:
-Japanese spice tofu
-Millet cooked in veg. broth
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, green pepper, green beans)
-Orange

Dinner:
-5 soy ravioli (the last ones in the freezer :( )
-Veggie Chicken with ketchup
-Salad (Romaine, baby carrots, tomato, green pepper, green beans, lowfat raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
Dessert: Banana-soy milk smoothie

ETA: Snack:
-apple
-chocolate chip oatmeal

- bread with raw onion, mayo and worchester sauce
- bread with loads of peanutbutter
- crumpet with dark belgian chocolate melted on it
- ginger cookies
- beer at a local bands gig in the pub
dinner:
- veggieburger with chips
desert:
- crumpet with dark belgian chocolate melted on it
- more ginger cookies
- Duvel
- more chocolate

High fibre cereal (a.k.a over glorified twigs) with plain soy yogurt and a drizzle of agave nectar

Cup of coffee with soy milk

Salad: romaine lettuce, tomato, green onion, cauliflower, green and orange pepper, cucumber, dried mint, olive oil, apple cider vinegar

Banana

6" veggie sub

Sandwich: toasted whole wheat bread, vegan mayo, mustard, and Tofurky slices

Tortilla chips and salsa

Vegan ice cream sandwich

Cup of tea

Mug of lentil-rice soup

Today:

1 and a half cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 Blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and Cloudberry Jam.

1 small bottle of calcium fortified orange juice.

1 strawberry soy yoghurt.

1 cup of vegetable biryani (Indian style rice and veggies).

1 salad - bed of romaine topped with a mixture of stirfried Yves ground veggie "chicken", organic yellow pepper, mushrooms and organic ginger/miso dressing.

2 choc peppermint thins.

1 cup of Holiday Chai.

2 Hob Nobs.

yesterday...

lunch at a Singapore restaurant: veggie "ham" soup, salad (iceberg, carrot, mango dressing), veggie spring roll, two "fish" fillets in Nyonya sauce, steamed rice, sesame ball w/ red bean paste in the middle

dinner at a Mexican restaurant: tortilla chips & salsa, salad (romaine, tomato, guacamole), bean burrito, beer

while out: more beer

midnight snack: pretzel sticks

(We've got a friend in town, so lots of going out. Going to be the same today, I'm sure...)

Too many vegan biscuits!!!!! We had a little Christmas tea-time get together and I baked plenty of good things from the Italian vegan book.

-Roasted red pepper hummus and baby carrots

Lunch:
-Salad (Romaine, baby carrots, lowfat raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
-Grilled tempeh with ketchup
-Brown basmati rice with ginger, pepper, and Bragg's
-Soymilk-banana smoothie

Dinner:
-Small salad (romaine and baby carrots)
-Single-serving container of Pad Thai
-Apple

Snack:
-Cinnamon Toast oatmeal
-Apple

Glass of soy milk

Yes they are! I think I might like them more than the oatmeal cookies.

I know, I always make fun of the dish. "That freaky is freaky!" It sort of is, really. It's looks greenish and it's creamy (but you don't use milk or anything) but it's really good. Traditionally you add chicken to it but my mom makes it chicken-free for me, and I honestly don't think the chicken does anything special to it.

-few salt and vinegar chips
-few bites of canned peaches

ive got a bad cold and im not feeling well today.
