Yesterday
Breakfast: Mixture of cereals with raisins and soya milk.
Snack: 16 fluid oz of carrot, apple, celery and ginger juice. 50g chocolate.
Tea: Lentil, aubergine and sausage casserole with mash.
Supper: Rhubarb and apple crumble with custard.
The casserole was awesome. I think I could have missed out the sausages altogether and it still would have been lovely. I added no salt or gravy, just green and yellow lentils and the water they cooked in, aubergine, onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, sage, basil and marjoram. I stirred in some tahini to make it a little richer, too.
I'm sure we ate something else, too, but I can't remember what it was

Today:
Lots (and I forget how many) of cups of tea - Cold Formula and Breathe Easy Formula.
1 blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and Cloudberry Jam.
2 pieces of multigrain toast with half a cup of baked beans.
Leftover vegan sweet & sour chicken, vegan spicy shrimp and rice.
Not really hungry now but might have a couple of squares of this rice milk chocolate I bought, if I'm hungry later.

Aww gt well soon foxy!
I keep meaning to post here often so I have it down what my diet is like! grr. I always forget or dont have the time.
today I have had....
B cup of soymilk coffee from coffeeshop on way to work...
L (xmas meal at work) scnitzels (sic) with few boiled potatoes and carrots...was given brussels sprouts but I hate those!
came home from work and had
D cup of tomato soup with few bits of pasta in, and small bowl of salad with olive oil.
then I had a nap..when I woke had one and a half mugs of soymilk hot chocolate.
and I have just snacked on a slice of wholemeal rye bread with purespread, and about a 3rd of an avocado. ..
