wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with stir fried tofu, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers..seriously i would eat this daily and in rather large portions if i could get away with it.

Sounds good!

Breakfast:
-Oatmeal with soymilk and brown sugar
-Watermelon :)
-Apple

Lunch:
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, reg and green peppers)
-Fat free refried beans
-2 slices of whole grain oat bread with EB
-Pear

Dinner:
-Couscous with Bragg's
-Amy's TExas veggie burger (no bun)
-Salad (Romaine, red peppers, baby carrots, low fat rap. vinaigrette dressing)
-Apple
Dessert: Banana soymilk shake

Snack:
-Life cereal with soymilk
-Last small bit of watermelon

breakfast: two 8-grain waffles w/ pear spread

snack: apple

lunch: toasted soy cheese sandwich on wheat w/ vidalia mustard relish, butternut squash soup, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, sugar cookie

snack: coffee w/ silk nog, cherries

dinner at an Indian restaurant! a couple bites of veggie soup, half a samosa w/ chutney, aloo paratha (flat bread stuffed w/ potatoes), jasmine rice, chole palak (chickpeas & spinach), a Kingfisher beer

dessert: small snickerdoodle and a small spiced ginger cookie

currently: second glass of white wine

Today is "Christmas Eve" with my family, so I'm kind of pigging out :)

Few squares of chocolate

2 Maple Cinnamon Waffles with Maple Syrup.

rye bread + yeast extract
carrot, celeriac, apple + raisin salad

earl grey tea
2 chocolate-covered rice cakes
2 tangerines

homemade pizza with tomatoes, courgettes, yellow pepper, mushrooms, olives + capers

B cup of hot chocolate at home, coffee when i got to work (soy milkk in both)
L small bag of crisps (chips lol) and fizzy water
D cup tomato soup with noodles and a slice of wholemeal toast with purespread.I will probably eat something else soon

A couple of slices of wholemeal bread with marmalade and chocolate hazlenut spread
Soya capuccino

Open sandwich with hummus, pumpkin seeds, salad leaves, rocket, grated carrot and ginger and oxheart tomatoes
2 oranges, a few almonds, pecans, walnuts and hazlenuts

Felafel with hummus, lemon juice and chopped tomato
Spinach, leek and potato hash

Made a mild brussel sprout curry (brussel sprouts my fav) and it was blinking brilliant even if I do say so my self :D

Bowl of fresh fruits and berries

Chips and salsa/melted homemade cheese

Two packets of tofurkey jerky

brussel sprouts mmmmmmmmmmmm!!! roasted in the oven with garlic, salt, and oil!

brekkies: tea and toast
lunch: 1x banana, 1x apple, green salad with pickled jalepeno chillies, hummus, carrot, advocado, tomato, and pistachio nuts. half a bag of chilli and lemon corn snacks.
pre dinner nibbles: the rest of the lemon and chilli corn snacks.
dinner: chips, linda mcartney sausages, baked beans, garlic mushrooms, scrambled tofu. glass of red wine.

the usual numerous cups of tea throughout the day. Oh, and a few mint chocolates that my boss got for me :) ... wow! she went out of her way to find vegan choccie I've not had before.

snack: sugar cookie & a snickerdoodle

lunch: leftover aloo paratha, jasmine rice & chole palak, silk nog, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie

snack at a "Christmas tea": two mugs of spiced tea, coffee w/ peppermint

dinner: fruit salad (pineapple, blueberries, apple, grapes), stir-fried veggies (squash, onion, red & green bell pepper) w/ almonds, walnuts & balsamic vinaigrette over white rice, a sugar cookie & a snickerdoodle

later: probably white wine or beer

-Orange
-Apple

Lunch:
-Whole wheat penne with EB and nut. yeast
-Salad (romaine, tons of baby carrots, red pepper, low fat rasp. vinaigrette dressing)
-Banana-soymilk smoothie

Dinner:
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, a plum tomato, low fat rasp. vinaigrett dressing)
-Yves' "Beef Burger" on oat bran bread with Nayonaise and ketchup
-Cookies and Cream soy ice cream

Later:
-probably a pear
ETA: and an apple

Today:

1 glass of echinacea water and a vitamin C tablet.

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and Cloudberry jam.

1 small bag of Mrs May's cashew crunch.

1 small bottle of calcium-fortified orange juice.

Salad: bed of shredded romaine topped with a mixture of stir-fried Yves veggie ground "chicken", organic carrot, organic red pepper & mushrooms. All topped with organic ginger/miso dressing.

About to have a cup of Holiday Chai and a couple of pieces of Turkish Delight.

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with jam

Cup of tea

Bowl of chickpeas with tomatoes and apple cider vinegar

Small bowl of cereal with soy milk

3 large slices of pizza (with soy cheese and various vegetable toppings)

A couple of handfuls of mini chocolate chip cookies

I'm having some heart burn with nausea right now. :( :(

poor tigerlily!

yesterday:

i did a liquid fast because i was sick, so i had oj w/ calcium, organic vegetable broth, chamomile tea and lemon water.

today:

breakfast:
-a bit of an eggless omelette
-some chips
dinner:
-small bowl of brown rice w/ v. butter and soy sauce
-1/2 cup noel nog

Not even close. My dinner was theirs minus the chicken and flat iron steak. But my parents are very supportive of my choice. They cook special for me when I'm home (normally they put margarine on the rice), and are always asking me questions about ingredients and stuff, and my mom buys things like tofurkey and silk when I'm visiting. The cookies are the ones I made for my party a couple weeks ago, I froze the leftovers. I made my family a tin and am taking one to my boyfriend's family in California next week. I love the holidays!

then later on I had some more tomato soup...a slice of toast with purespread.. a sandwich made with cheatin chicken and loads of salad......

today.. i didnt feel well so didnt eat until around 2 o clock when i had some leftover spagetti!
I have jsut had some noodles with broccoli and vegan pesto sauce.

lunch: toasted tofurkey & tofutti american sandwich on wheat, rosemary & garlic oven fries w/ ketchup, carrot slaw w/ raisins & celery seed

dessert: two hint of mint cookies, silk nog

snack: fruit salad - apple, grapes, pineapple, blueberries

dinner: Amy's tamale pie, shepherd's pie (mashed potatoes over veggies, tofu & gravy)

dessert: personal-size strawberry cheesecake

Sorta unhealthy today. Oh well.

Bowl of fibre cereal with soy milk

Bean burrito with salsa

Tons of crackers, some eaten with Tofurky deli slices

A couple of baby carrots (but they tasted nasty so I couldn't finish them)

Some mini cookies

Cup of coffee with soy milk

2 bowls of chips

Sandwich: whole wheat bread, Tofurky deli slices, onion, mustard, and vegan mayo

-Yves' "Beef Burger" on oat brean bread with Nayonaise and ketchup
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, red peppers, low fat rapberry vinaigrette dressing)
-Cookies 'n Cream soy ice cream

Dinner:
-Couscous with Bragg's
-BBQ Riblets (those things are the best!)
-Salad (same as above)
-Pear

I'm about to have a snack, but I'm not quite sure what

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and Cloudberry jam.

1 small bottle of calcium fortified orange juice.

2 pieces of Oskri Organics sesame & molases snack (there's 3 in a pack and I wasn't really enjoying it, so my b/f got the 3rd piece)

Homemade pasta: wholewheat flax rotini, garlic, organic onions, chopped Tofurkey Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, organic portabello mushroom sauce, nutritional yeast.

Later I'll have a cup of Holiday Chai and either a couple of pieces of chocolate or a couple of cookies.

My week was pretty exciting both food- and work-wise, didn't find any time to post. We had our company's Xmas party in a restaurant on Tuesday and they made a whole vegan menu for me :)

today:
Turkish bread with homemade roast apple jam

a ton of apples (someome had to take them home from our fruit basket at work)

cauliflower and mashed potatoes casserolle

lots of Earl grey with lemon juice

going to have a salat with mixed sprouts, sunflower seeds and whatever crosses my way later

orange bittersweet chocolate
