today:

bowl of muesli with soymilk

2 wholewheat bread rolls out of the oven

1 kiwi

1 apple

Indian kidney bean curry, 2 small onion baguettes

flaxseed bread with red lentil spread + tomatoes

a cup of quinoa with tomato sauce

spaghetti aglio + olio

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

Leftover Pasta Mexicali (http://www.catteacorner.com/vegan-e.htm#pastamexicali).

1 chocolate/peppermint thin (yes Tigerlily, just one lol).

5 macadamia nuts.

1 glass of orange juice.

1 tall size soy chai latte.

mashed sweet potato (almost a whole potato) with vegan gravy.

Soon I'm going to have some Christmas pudding with Soyatoo and soy icecream.

I ate a quarter of a cup of them yesterday (mainly because they were so good and I couldn't stop eating them), and I ended up with the burps and they made me really tired. So today I just had to limit myself LOL :D

I don't know. It was a large Tupperwear container of mixed nuts. I had a few handfuls of the mixed nuts. I'm not tired or burpy. I'm a little gassy but that's just from carb overload in the past couple of days.

Oh, and chew a salted cashew and an unsalted macademia nut together. Tastes really good!

LOL :D I love macadamias! Haven't got any cashews here, but will keep that in mind!!

At my old house in Australia I used to have 2 macadamia trees in the back yard! YUM!!

LOL :D I love macadamias! Haven't got any cashews here, but will keep that in mind!!

At my old house in Australia I used to have 2 macadamia trees in the back yard! YUM!!

Lucky! I like them but they are pretty expensive!

Yes, they are pretty expensive. That's why I only have them as a treat for special occaisions (eg, Christmas).

hmm today...

few nuts

water

couscous with sundried tomatoes

loads of salad ...like 3 big bowls full with tomatoes and watercress and cos lettuce, and pesto

cup of tomato soup.

yesterday

coffee....sandwich with guacomole, vegancheese,cheating chicken, purespread on wholegrain bread

salad withbutterbeans,aduki beans,haricot beans and lentils in tomato dressing
few vegan mint chocolates
few nuts.

cant remember much the day before! but for xmas dinner I had vegan mince with loads of roast veggies, sprouts and carrots which I didnt eat ! and boiled potatoes.I only ate one of those though so i didnt feel too fat!

Breakfast:
-Cream of wheat (made with soy milk) with brown sugar
-Apple
-Pear

Lunch:
-"chicken" patty
-Couscous with EB and Bragg's
-Salad (romaine, low fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing, baby carrots, sugar snap peas)
Pear

Snack:
-Apple
-Raspberry oat bar :)

Dinner:
-BBQ Riblets
-Brown basmatti rice
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, red and green peppers, and rasp. vin. dressing)
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie Luna Bar

Snack: Apple

Today: (I've been eating a TON, especially today, because I'm trying to gain weight and today I went hiking)
Breakfast:
-Amaranth with agave nectar
-Apple and PB

Snack:
-Tofu Lin
-Baby carrots

Luch:
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, green and red peppers, green beans, creamy Italian dressing (soy based))
-Veggie burger on alfalfa bread with Nayonaise and ketchup
-Apple
-Carob-covered rice cake

Dinner:
-2 veggie burgers (the kind with actual veggies them. They don't taste "meaty." Sooo good!)
-Basmatti brown rice with pepper
-Salad (romaine, green and red peppers, mushrooms, baby carrots, mushrooms, low fat rapberry vinaigrette dressing)
-Chocolate nut brownie soy ice cream

Snack: A Pear and whole wheat crackers

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

4 pieces (they were small) of raisin toast with Earthbalance and lemon/ginger marmalade.

1 organic banana.

4 pieces of chocolate.

Salad: bed of shredded romaine, topped with a mixture of stirfried Yves ground veggie "chicken", red pepper, leeks and mushrooms all topped with miso/ginger dressing.

A few organic tortilla chips on the side.

About 10 macadamia nuts.

1 chocolate/peppermint thin.

1 piece of turkish delight.

That Miso/Ginger dressing sounds delicious. Did you make it yourself? I'd love to know your recipe if you feel like passing it on! ;-)

brekkies: tea. toast with humous
lunch: leftovers from last night (roast potatoes, aubergine bake, brussel sprouts), 1x apple
pre dinner nibble: roast potato sandwich
dinner: spicy roast potatoes, shepherds pie, steamed green beans and sweetcorn

Hello Auntie. It's actually a bought dressing - and I've found you a link to where you could perhaps buy it on-line, if you can't find anything like it where you live.

I've eaten it all now and had to open another type of dressing today!

Today:

1 and a half cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

3 pieces of raisin toast with Earthbalance and lemon/ginger marmalade.

1 piece of chocolate.

1 organic banana.

5 garden vegetable crackers topped with little squares of smoked tofu.

1 tin of Amy's No Chicken Noodle Soup.

Salad: bed of shredded romaine, topped with a mixture of stirfried Yves ground veggie "chicken", red pepper, leeks and mushrooms all topped with poppyseed dressing.

A few tortilla chips on the side.

1 glass of orange juice.

Soon I'll have a cup of Holiday Chai tea and maybe another square or 2 of chocolate.

pita bread with hummus

kidney bean-tomato curry

okras in tomato sauce

some vegan jelly beans (finally!)

wholewheat bread with hummus and cucumber

pasta e ceci (pasta soup/dish with chickpeas by Jamie Oliver; I've had a knack for "Jamie's Italy" lately... there's plenty of vegan food or things that can be veganized in there)

Lunch:
-Raw veggies (green beans, baby carrots, green peppers)
-Whole wheat couscous with EB and Bragg's
-Tofu Lin
Dessert: A pear and a little bit of chocolate brownie soy ice cream

Dinner:
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, and low fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
-Black beans and brwon basmatti rice with EB
-Apple

Later: Popcorn with EB I think

Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Cup of coffee

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with jam

Steamed veggies (onion, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach) served over brown rice and seasoned with soy sauce

Veggie burger in a whole wheat bun with vegan mayo, mustard, ketchup, tomato slices, and onion slices

'Baked' potato with ketchup

Mug hot chocolate (half plain soy milk, half chocolate almond milk)

2 rice cakes with jam

I don't know, probably nothing else for tonight.

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk Creamer.

1 glass of Echinacea water.

1 toasted blueberry bagel with Earthbalance and ginger/lemon marmalade.

6 garden vegetable crackers topped with little squres of smoked tofu.

1 organic banana.

1 bowl of carrot & butterbean soup.

1 vegan BLT (wholewheat toast, Yves veggie "bacon", tomato slices, romaine leaves, vegan mayo, guacamole, ketchup and a slice of Tofutti cheese).

1 chocolate/peppermint thin.

Soon I'm going to have a cup of Echinacea tea and a couple of Hob Nobs :)
