Jan 5th, 2007, 05:28 AM
Thanks Yoggy. :)

I'm going to try it again tomorrow. I want to see if it makes a difference to my hunger/cravings, by going without. I seem to crave a bit of sweet stuff actually, and I don't know, but I'm wondering if the coffee might have something to do with it.

I'm experimenting on myself :D

Wildflower.....go back a page or 2.....we were asking you a question :D

Yoggy - how do you feel after your junk food? If you don't want to finish it off, you can just send it to me!! :D

Hi Tigerlily - I think I've had a little extra tiredness in the mid-afternoons, but to tell the truth, I don't know if that's attributed to lack of coffee, or the fact that I've been having chickpea salads for lunch (afternoon digestion). No headaches though!

Yoggy

My boyfriend gets headaches if he doesn't have a cup of coffee every morning. I thought it was just withdrawal, but he said that he had a headache almost every day in his teens, and then he discovered that having a cup of coffee every day helps keep them away. Weird.

I didn't have too much junk food, just the bag of chips and a little chocolate. I feel ok, but still kind of hungry. But I'm craving something warm, because it's so miserable here, cold and wet and SO rainy! I walked home in the pouring rain today hauling a big bag full of stuff, so I feel I deserve to treat myself to some warm tea or hot chocolate (my mom got me some "Health by Chocolate" hot chocolate mix, that can only be good, right? ;) )

I didn't have a coffee today and I feel headachey. Two days ago, I didn't have one either and I got a big migraine. :( I'm not even a coffee addict or anything.

Wildflower.....go back a page or 2.....we were asking you a question :D

Bahahahaha! :D My black apple... I saw them at the health food store a few weeks ago and was all exited - I said to my bofriend, "A black apple - wow that sounds exciting!" He was cracking up at me...I was hoping it would be black inside, but he thought I was nutz thinking that and couldn't stop laughing at me. :p Anyway, it was just a regular apple that had black skin, the inside was like normal apple, so it wasn't too exciting! But I bought a couple and that one stayed fresh for about 2 weeks in my fruit bowl, which is much longer than regular apples seem to last. The sign said, "Organic Black Apple" I am not sure it was the same thing Tigerlily posted, it wasn't very plum like, it really was just an apple with black skin, but either way I was sooo excited about it. :o
