I've done alright today!
breakfast was soya milk and banana shake shared with my little 'un (i recently bought one of those hand held whizzy blender articles..ace for blitzing soups and making smoothies..i have a blender that I've had since being 21 - a fair few years old now, and it doesn't always blitz stuff up as pureed as maybe it once did
nettle tea
more tea..
lunch was a big raw salad, rice crackers and avocado spread
2 bottles still water
tea was wholemeal pitta and red pepper and lentil soup and steamed brocolli
me and the little 'un just made some mini tofu and roast veg tartlettes for tomorrow nights tea and i snaffled a bit of the one that fell to bits..i even made the pastry..which is a bit of a first for me cos i don't generally 'do' pastry..but they came out alright!!

It was my cheat day today :D
1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a splash of Silk creamer.
2 wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.
Some chocolate.
Sandwich: wholewheat bread, Tofurkey smoked slices, corn relish.
A few natural potato chips.
A few pieces of licorice.
Went to Vietnamese Vegetarian restaurant for dinner and had grilled "pork" over rice, with vegetables. It was very nice!! The pork was made of a soy base, didn't really taste like pork as it had a taste of it's own - and it was really good!
Glass of red wine.
I have a piece of vegan Chi-cake (Cheesecake) waiting for me in the fridge for later.

Again I missed breakfast as I felt ill this morning.
Had a spicy bean burger in a bread bap, and spinach with garlic & pepper mayo for lunch, plus a few too many spoonfuls of Swedish Glace.
For dinner I'm having nut roast with gravy and steamed broccoli.

:D The mushroom soup was good!!! And the stuffed eggplant even better! It's just that I was so full by then that I could only eat a little bit of it.
This restaurant is unreal, and if anyone's ever in Vancouver I highly recommend you go there! It's out in the suburbs (so maybe kinda outta they way) but I can always take you there! It's cheap and I've eaten there maybe 6 or 7 times now and the food has ALWAYS been fantastic!

I'm just eating a cold salad I made from some leftovers. I didn't expect much from it buts actually turned out quite well.
Cold cooked Quinoa, mixed seeds (Pumpkin, Sesame, sunflower), and good sprinkle of Shoyu soy sauce. Mixed well.
I might try this again :-)
