2 bread roles with chocoreale
2 apples
red bean salad + pita bread
baked eggplant in tomato sauce with a lot of vegan cheese stuff + penne
(another Jamie Oliver modification ;) )

soya yogurt, amaranth pops + pear
linseed roll + rocket and mustard paté
salad of carrots, celeriac, apple + walnuts
malted soya drink
2 chocolate-covered rice cakes
3 tangerines
coarsely ground spelt cooked with red pepper, borlotti beans, broccoli + mushrooms

(another) baaad food day

subway veg delite..was trying to lay off the bread but i messed up due to..RUBBISH ORGANISATION :mad:
massive amount of comforting lentil glop...brown rice..cucumber..a few of the kids spud wedges
(this is where it all goes wrong)

I am trying to remember what I ate yesterday and its difficult lol
I know I made a veggie and beetroot stirfry (surprisingly good and I dnt liek beets lol)
with rice noodles.(I am tryin to not eat wheat noodles, I eat too many of those!) and I had couple of cup fulls of tomato soup, and some mint thins.
Today..
at work, cappucino, cup ful of mixed seeds (sunflower,pine nuts,pumpkin)
some carob coated raisins..
when I gothome...I had some noodles thaat were leftover, only tiny bit then I fell asleep.
woke at 1030 pm feeling hungry and groggy and headachy, about 1130 pm had some rice noodles with tomatoes and veggie broth/stock and chilli..was nice but I fell asleep again then, and now I am aawake having doen hardly anything this evening and cannot sleep!my internet was broken earlier aswell whic wound me up , and now it is workign, when I really should be in bed!Lol

Yesterday
2 slices of plain toast
Loads of grapes
Bowl of Brown rice
Around 5 or 6 dried figs
Roti wrap with some pumpkin pokora thing in it with chutney & salad in it.
A shit load of Sorbet :)
Today
Bircher Muesli w/ soy milk
Big bowl of brown rice
Carrots & cucumber w/ hummus
Dinner: will be Burrito w/ Mexican Chilli Beans, Avocado, Tomato, Corn Kernels.

Bowl of cereal with soy milk
Kiwi (wasn't sweet, :( )
M'judera (Middle Eastern thing, lentils, bulgur, and fried onions)
Few bites of a plain salad (wasn't in a salad mood)
Middle Eastern stew made from eggplants and chickpeas cooked with tomatoes
A few cookies
2 pieces of whole wheat toast with jam

Today:
2 cups of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of Silk creamer.
1 Sandwich (wholewheat toast, Yves veggie bacon, tomato slices, ketchup).
2 wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.
About 25g of soy BBQ crisps.
Salad: bed of shredded romaine topped with a mixture of stirfried mushrooms, green pepper, organic carrot and Yves veggie ground chicken....all topped with poppyseed dressing.
8 oven baked potato wedges with ketchup.
About to have a cup of Holiday Chai and a couple of Hob Nobs.

I have had to be in early/out late at work due to a conference we are holding this week...been eating what I can find.
Breakfast - 2 slices of whole wheat toast w/smart balance light plus flax seed oil. cup of coffee w/hazelnut soycreamer.
Lunch - taco/nacho they had at work...taco of tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole. nachos of corn chips, guacamole, tomaotes, salsa.
dinner - 6 reduced fat triscuits w/soycheese and chipotle mustard. few handful of pretzels. heinz sour pickle. few potato chips. bottle of perrier.
major salt cravings...

Meal 1: one package ramen noodles (no flavor packet) microwaved with a can of creamed corn and some frozen peas, and then sprinkled with garlic and nut yeast and ground flax. Yum!
Meal 2: Black beans outta the can lol
Meal 3: Sprouted wheat bagel with Vegan tofutti cheese slice and Vegan mayo and fresh spinach greens
Snack: Banana
Throughout day- organic grape juice and tons of water

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Mixture of cereals, sultanas, soya milk.
Snack: Packet Kettle Crispy Bakes, chocolate soya dessert, satsuma.
Lunch: Curry beans with mushrooms on wholemeal toast, banana, orange, apple, pear, soya yoghurt.
Dinner: Spicy beanburger, baked polenta slices, baked courgette, baked yellow pepper, baked tomato, mushrooms.
First time I have had polenta. It was a little salty for my taste, but reminded me of fried egg that has gone slightly crispy. Would go nice sliced thinly and fried in a sandwich I reckon.
Might have to make my own sometime with less salt in it.
