Naughty girl :D (although semen noodles might actually solve all B12 problems/discussions on it...)

sweet potato fries
falafel

soy yoghurt with almonds, raisins, cinammon

...now I'm feeling better...

B cappucino with soy milk
S bag of low fat chips/crisps
L middle of an sos roll ( i dont eat much of the pastry lol)
some wholegrain nutty bread

S vegan pate on more bread, cup of soup
D a little bit of veggie stir fry

breakfast: kashi puffs w/ strawberries & soymilk, green tea w/ stevia

lunch: taco salad! (leaf lettuce, leftover chili, cherry tomatoes, sour supreme, crushed corn chips), g&b maya gold chocolate

snack 1: freshly baked zuchini flax muffin (was supposed to have raisins but I forgot to put them in...and the recipe definitely needs it...)

snack 2: walnuts & an asian pear (my first one! so good.)

dinner: sweet potato w/ earth balance, Amy's Indian mattar tofu w/ dal & rice

Bowl of cream of wheat cereal (made with soy milk) with brown sugar

Half a cup of coffee with soy milk

Veggie burger on a whole wheat bun with vegan mayo, ketchup, mustard, tomato slices

Stir fry: bok choy, cremini mushrooms, red pepper, onion, garlic, soy sauce

Bowl of neopoltian flavoured soy ice cream (yum! :))

Bowl of left over lentils+bulgur with two potato wedges and some tomato

Another bowl of soy ice cream

Today:

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of Silk creamer.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 Sandwich: wholewheat bread, Earth Balance, Tofurky Hickory Slices, corn relish.

1 cup of fruit salad cocktail: peaches, pears, cherries.

12 pieces of veggie sushi.

1 cup of Holiday Chai tea.

2 Hob Nobs.

3 pieces of chocolate.

Breakfast: Mixture of cereals with sultanas and soya milk.

Snack: Packet Kettle Crispy Bakes, orange.

Lunch: Mediterranean tomato soup with wholemeal toast, apple, banana, pear, soya yoghurt.

Dinner: Crispy mock duck pancakes with spring onions and cucumber. Stir fried vegetables and seitan in satay sauce with "egg" fried rice (http://thehealthfulvegan.blogspot.com/2007/01/egg-fried-rice.html). Thai crackers.


Wow that was a lovely dinner :) Very convincing rice, too :)

Today I've had:

Breakfast: Big bowl of muesli with soya milk; an apple

Lunch: Lentil/pasta/veg concoction :D

Dinner: more of the above!
Raspberry soya yoghurt with a bit of Sainsbury's 'free-from' vanilla custard

Snacks: apple; dried figs; couple of carrots; 4 squares dark choc; handful of nuts; red pepper; cup of cocoa

Today's intake has definitely been better than usual :o
For the past week I've had no fresh fruit or veg in the house! :eek:

3 onigiri with cucumber, sesame and wrapped with a nori sheet each

ramen noodle soup with bean sprouts

thai hot rice crackers

a lot of Chai and Earl Grey tea

2 apples
a handful of lychees

Breakfast - chai w/soymilk. soy kefir and a banana

Lunch - leftover homemade Coconut Curry soup w/red peppers, mushrooms and chickpeas. Mmm...spicy! peice of naan bread.

Snack - orange

Snack after work - tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole.

Glass of soy milk

2 pieces of toast with jam

Bowl of lentil-rice soup with crackers and red pepper strips

Glass of apple juice

Bowl of soy ice cream (neopolitian flavour)

Cup of coffee with soy milk

Salad: chickpeas, tomato, onion, radish, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper

Bowl of cereal with soy milk

Cup of tea

3 cookies

Ate a lot today.

Today:

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of Silk creamer.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

Sandwich: Yves veggie turkey & corn relish.

Fruit salad cocktail - peaches, pears, cherries.

3 pieces of licorice.

Salad: bed of shredded organic romaine topped with a mixture of stirfried Yves veggie ground chicken, mushrooms, organic red pepper, organic onion, organic carrot - Brianna's poppyseed dressing.

A few natural potato chips on the side.

About to have a cup of Holiday Chai and either a couple of Hob Nobs or a couple of pieces of chocolate.

Roxy, your posts are making me really want Hob Nobs. But whenever I buy them, my boyfriend eats the whole canister in one evening!

I have to limit myself to 2 at a time, or I'd eat the whole package in one go, too! I wish they made vegan choc-coated Hob Nobs :D

could make your own?

take a couple of hob nobs and just smooth on some melted choc..leave them to set (if they last long enough)..and voila! chocolatey hob nobs

today:

250 ml of organic peach soy yoghurt with organic fiber cereal
1/2 a very funny fruit, that was pink and had yellow spikey things, and looked a bit like a white kiwi inside. it was GOOD.
a cup of organic fruit juice
some organic crackers
i'm gonna drink some tea now..

i'll update later!

I know that fruit, smoothie...what was it's name again...:confused:

today:

muesli with rice milk

sunflower seed bread with chocoreale

rice with seaweed flakes
steamed broccoli with sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce
mung bean sprouts

1/4 glass of hazelnut chocoreale, by the spoonful :o

3 cups of Jamaican yogi tea (chai) with oatmilk

...probably a hearty miso soup later as I'm feeling cold all day :(

yesterday...

breakfast: two zucchini flax muffins w/ earth balance, green tea w/ stevia

snack: apple

lunch: taco salad (leaf lettuce, leftover chili, sour supreme, crushed corn chips), chocolate soy milk

snack: smoothie (banana, pear, strawberries, oj)

dinner: cosmopolitan, portobello burger on wheat bun w/ guacamole, spinach, grilled onions & roasted peppers, sweet potato fries, vegan rum buttercream cake (holy crap was it ever good...but too much, and too sweet. made me feel ill after.)

out: two beers

chocolate biscuit

The cake was at a local hipster restaurant/bar. I've been wanting to try it, but am trying to watch what I eat and hadn't yet. The piece was huuuuuge, and it was so sweet. And the girl I was with is allergic to soy (poor thing) so she could only take a tiny bite to help me out!
