an asian pear (my first one! so good.)


They ARE, aren't they?!

My Internet hasn't been working, but now it is, so I'm back! I'm going to try to remember yesterday, but in general, I've been eating a lot of cereal and oranges.

Yesterday:
B:
-Bowl of off-bran Kashi cereal with soymilk
-an apple (?)

L:
-BBQ tofu
-Salad
-WW couscous with EB
-Orange

Snack: Baby carrots

D:
-BBQ Riblets
-Salad
-Apple

Snack:
-Baby carrots and hummus


Today:
B:
-Bowl of hot oat bran cereal with soymilk and brown sugar
-Apple

L:
-BBQ tofu
-Salad

D:
-Amy's No Cheese Pizza
-Salad

I may have a snack later...

Today:

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of Silk creamer.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 Sandwich: Yves veggie turkey and corn relish.

1 cup of fruit salad cocktail: peaches, pears & cherries.

1 piece of licorice.

3 vegetable samosas with tamarind chutney.

About to have another cup of tea and some toast with jam.

4 slices of french toast with sugar-free maple syrup. A banana. Lemonade

An apple and an orange. More lemonade

Boca burger with lettuce and tomato. Fries with sea salt. Lemonade again.

Rice Dream vanilla/fudge sundae cup. Diet Pepsi.

Roxy, next time I will have to hide the Hobnobs, you are right! I didn't know the chocolate ones aren't vegan - that sucks.:( I thought I saw them once and the dark chocolate was. Guess I will be sticking to plain. :rolleyes:

Today -

Late Breakfast - chai latte w/soymilk. VBLT (veg bacon, tomato, spring mix) on whole wheat toasted bread w/pretzels and a sour pickle.

Snack - sliced banana w/soymilk. pretzels and mustard. 2 medjool dates. another cup of chai w/soymilk.

Dinner - a few tortilla chips with black beans and salsa. 5 mini breaded soydog bites.

Unfortunately, there is butter oil in the chocolate, therefore ruining an otherwise perfect cookie!! :(

It's okay though......Emma's going to make us some! :D

For breakfast, I had "cheesy" stir fried veggies (I added nutritional yeast for the effect) over hash browned potatoes.

I just had some fruit and nuts for lunch today. I slept through most of that mealtime I'm working nights the next couple of weeks).

For dinner, I had this terrific squash soup (http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-XivTzYA8abXpzGMrJFI-?cq=1&p=1177), green salad and rolls broiled with Earth Balance.

The baby (I'm pregnant) was craving protein, fat, salt, and/or artificial colors or flavors (take your pick) so I ate an entire box of Boca Chik'n nuggets for a late night snack. :D

today i decided to eat healthy!

today:

snacks:
-1/4 of a dragonfruit
-1/4 of a passionfruit
-handful of trail mix
-home popped popcorn
-cup of fortified natural peach juice
-cup of chamomile tea
dinner:
-bowl of salad w/ poppyseed dressing
-bowl of brussel sprouts w/ v. butter, sea salt and pepper
-mashed chickpea sandwich

also lots of lemon water. my energy levels are up extremely right now.

lunch: spring rolls w/ duck sauce, fried potatoes, one piece veggie sushi, mixed veggies, green beans & onions, fried rice, diet pepsi

dinner: corn chips w/ guacamole, fajitas (flour tortillas, faux beef strips, red peppers, onions, zucchini, refried beans, salsa, sour supreme), red wine

spelt bread + chestnut purée
fruit salad (containing banana, apple, pear, orange, kiwi, walnuts)
chocolate tofu mousse

3 rice cakes, tomato spread + cucumber slices
2 carrots

now I'm about to have:
yesterday's leftover butternut squash tagine, quinoa + broccoli

I made a very large realeat 'chicken' casserole and apple crumble and custard, but I ate too much of everything and now I feel sick! Serve me right for being so greedy!

I love reading this thread.think i'm just nosy about what other people eat!

Today-
Breakfast (although it was 1pm when i got up!)-
Banana/soy milk/hazelnut butter smoothie
Apple

Lunch-
Plain bagel with vegedeli sage and onion slices (first time trying them and they were actually all right), vegan mayo, cucumber, lettuce and tomato.

Dinner-
Wholewheat wrap with coconutty veggie curry inserved with slices of apple and banana

Rest of the apple an banana as dessert!


I might have some cocoa later and maybe toast or something.

One piece of wholemeal toast (mum's homemade bread) with tartex
One glass of orange juice

One cup of coffee
One bottle of cranberry juice
Another piece of toast with tartex

Roast dinner - nut cutlet, onion gravy, half a roasted yellow pepper, half a roasted red pepper, about 7 roast potatoes.

Orange juice and tea

Since dinner I've been lamenting the lack of fresh veg in the house, but then ate about 7 mini donuts with chocolate on top :o

lazy Sunday, late breakfast: coconut pancakes with pineapple sauce, 2 apple-cinnamon muffins, 2 cups of chai, an orange

spaghetti aglio olio
handfull of stuffed green olives
tomato salad

kidney bean curry

cup of chocolate soymilk

French toast, an apple, a banana, and an orange. Green tea.

Top Ramen noodles. Water.

A couple of Amy's Organic Toaster Pops.

Rice Dream. More water.




I need to diversify my diet. I'm getting a bit bored with eating the same stuff every day.

-WW pasta with "meatballs" (made with Lighlife gound "meat"), pasta sauce, mushrooms, and nut. yeast
-Salad with creamy (soy based) dressing
Dessert: 1/2 a pear

Nice healthy days Tina!! :) Did you buy the Brianna's poppyseed dressing?

Today:

dinner: Amy's roasted veggie no cheese pizza, red wine
