Unfortunately, there is butter oil in the chocolate, therefore ruining an otherwise perfect cookie!! :(

It's okay though......Emma's going to make us some! :D

Whooohooo! :D I am waiting for those...

Foxytina! You have been posting some VERY healthy days! :)

Today I didn't eat so healthy...my day was filled with nerves and major sugar cravings. :p

Breakfast was tea w/soymilk and a couple homemade vegan chocolate chip cookies.

Lunch/snack of 3 slices of leftover breaded zuchinni and a peice of garlic bread.

Dinner was better - I made homemade lentil tomato soup that was fabulous. I then had 2 chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I didn't eat very healthy, but at least I didn't overeat today...i guess that's a plus.

Why the nerves, Wildflower?

Today:

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

4 pieces of chocolate.

1 Yves hot & spicy sausage in bun, with relish and ketchup.

A few natural potato chips.

2 cups of cranberry tea.

Went to my fave Vietnamese Vegetarian restaurant for dinner and had:
2 fresh Vietnamese rolls
1 big bowl of hot & spicy soup (full of yummy things such as fresh ginger, tofu, mushroom balls and vermicilli)

The quiche WAS really good. It was actually better as leftovers today...last night it fell apart badly when I took it out of the pie tin, but today it held together just fine.

Today was terribly repetitive, but I tend to crave the same foods. :)

Breakfast:
2 tortillas (whole wheat, 50 calories each!) with 2 tablespoons of cherry jam
1 cup soy yoghurt + 100mg of green grapes
1/2 cup refried beans

Lunch:
1/4 cup raisins
2 cups fruit juice
2 tortillas + 1 tablespoon cherry jam

Dinner:
2 cups soy milk
1/2 cup refried beans
Orange Cranberry bread
1/2 cup soy yoghurt + 100mg green grapes

I owe myself some vegetables. I'll probably put some in the steamer for dinner tomorrow.

EDIT: Oh, and lots of tea. Maybe 4-6 cups. Caffiene-free, 0 calories, and absolutely delicious...my guilt-less pleasure?

Are you sure they weren't grams and not milligrams of grapes? :D

The orange cranberry bread sounds DEVINE!! I just bought some orange cranberry salad dressing the other day and I can't wait to try it!

Hmm...maybe. Haha, I tend to get those confused.

Orange cranberry bread is lovely. I was at the store yesterday and saw that it was A) a natural bread and B) didn't have honey (!) so I had to get it.

That salad dressing sounds yummy. I didn't know they made it in such lovely flavours. :)
