yesterday I had:

coffee + soya milk
soya yogurt, pear, kiwi fruit + millet flakes

leftover soup (made of cannellini beans, barley + lots of herbs)

coffee + soya milk
3 tangerines
handful of trail mix
too many chocolate-covered rice cakes
(lol, I think you can tell it's essay-writing time)

pasta with tomatoes, olives, capers + basil

-2 slices of gluten free banana bread my sister gave me
dinner:
-cup of tomato soup
-slice of rice toast
snack:
-some chocolate chips

I had a really unhealthy day today. I ate a ton and I ate a lot of sugary and fatty stuff, but it was gooood.

B:
-Off-brand high-protien cereal
-Apple

Snack:
-Spoonful of PB
-Chocolate Brownie Luna Bar

L:
-Amy's spinach rice crust pizza (I don't remember what it's called, but it has vegan mozzerella and riccota "cheeze" and spinach on a rice crust)
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, red pepper, plum tomato)
-Turtle Trails soy ice cream
-pear

EDIT:
-veggie burger with ketchup (no bun)
-Steamed broccoli
-apple
-More soy ice cream

-2 Kavli WW crackers

Dinner: Turtle Rolls ( ABSOLUTELY NO TURTLES IN THEM) Ingredients: Cabbage, Avacoda, Salsa, Corn.


So what was so turtle about them :) ?!

today:

porridge with rice milk, dried figs and raisins
(don't say my weekend eating habits are inspired by English-speaking pals :p )

three slices sunflower seed bread with hummus, cucumber and tomatoes

cajun fries, stir-fried brown mushrooms with garlic and shallots

...not very balanced or much, but ok, considering I slept half the day :rolleyes:

Snack: 1 vegan brownie

Well when you wrap them up they look like turtles, because they are in a spinach tortilla...not my idea.

i've really enjoyed my food today (trying out new font and colour too, see!!)

handful of nuts and some raisins and some tea

wholemeal pitta, panfried mushrooms and sweet chilli,smoked tofu,bit of mayo, loads of rocket..tasty!

cup of hot choc

wholemeal pasta..mixed with red pepper tapenade,small tin mixed bean salad,loads of engevita,more sweet chilli sauce..

couple of corn crackers and some peanut butter
choc so good soya milk

homeade yellow cupcake w/ chocolate frosting

pita bread with artichoke hummus and garlic hummus

silk strawberry yogurt

kyoto green mint tea

3 homeade waffles topped w/ strawberries & maple syrup
warm cup of chocolate peppermint soymilk
vanilla nut creme tea

Today:

hash browns, salsa, morningstar steak tips, refried beans, tofutti cream cheese, all rolled/cooked in a tortilla. (this is one of the most delicious foods I've had in a while...recipe is in the quick breakfast thread)
3 cups english breakfast tea

slice homeade banana walnut bread
2 cups green tea w/ pomegrante
cup earl grey tea

1 1/2 slices homeade stromboli thing (dough filled w/ yves turkey, yves ham, soy cheddar & mozzarella, brushed w/ seasoned melted earth balance & dipped in warm pizza sauce)

French toast. An orange. A banana.

Rice. Ling-Ling vegetable dumplings. Soy sauce. Salad( romaine, carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts).

An apple. And another orange.

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with jam

Banana

8 pieces of brown rice sushi (fillings were mushrooms and cucumber) with pickled ginger

Glass of cranberry juice

Cup of tea

Hearty bagel with vegan cream cheese

Bowl of homemade hashbrowns with ketchup

Some crackers

Cup of hot chocolate :)

Today:

1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of Silk creamer.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 Sandwich: multigrain bread, Yves veggie salami and red pepper spread.

1 cup of sliced peaches.

2 pieces of licorice.

Massive Salad: huge bed of romaine (like 6 cups because I wanted to use it all up before it turned bad) topped with a stirfry mix of Yves veggie ground chicken, organic red pepper, organic onion, mushrooms and peaches & cream corn (cut from the cob). Topped with Brianna's Poppyseed Dressing.

30g of organic tortilla chips.

Later I'm going to have a cup of Fair Trade chocolate spice tea and a couple of Hob Nobs.

and mmm roxy, chocolate spice tea. must you girls be making me crave chocolate, hmmm? lol jk!

well today im massively sick, so i didnt eat alot again. can barely keep my head up!

today:

That was:
4 small whole wheat banana pancakes (made by self yesterday)
1 medium sized whole wheat tortilla with crumbled up baked tofu and low-fat refried beans.

Very filling. :)

Wow, everyone's food sounds great the past day or two. Perhaps we are all celebrating the weekend :)

yesterday...

lunch: blt on wheat bread w/ avocado, cranberry almond cole slaw, raspberry coffee w/ soy milk

snack 1: red grapes & a banana

snack 2: one piece of wheat bread, steamed shredded brussel sprouts w/ earth balance & bacos

dinner: tortilla chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, mexican rice, refried beans

out: too many beers and a couple peanuts

I had a bunch of stuff to do, and I was also worried for a doctor's appointment. But I went and everything turned out OK. :D

PS - I bought Hob-Nobs today!

yay! i'm back!....i used to come here and disappeared sort of...I had a personal phase where i avoided the computer...

anyway here's today!

cup of hot green tea
whole grain roll with sunflower seeds, plant margarine
2 small apples

another small apple!

three pieces of homemade german bread
plant margarine
two carrots
sauerkraut
raspberry tea

Rice. Spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce. Salad (romaine, mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts).

dinner: canteloupe, three tofu dogs on buns w/ grilled onion, red & yellow peppers & mushrooms

A few potato wedges with ketchup.

Later I'll have a cup of tea and some kind of treat (ie, either Hob Nobs or chocolate :D )

-Salad (mixed greens, tomato, baby carrots, red pepper)
-Steamed broccoli
-Apple
Dessert: Turtle Trails (I think that was the name) soy ice cream
