Fruit salads are by far my favourite. I should make one soon. :)

Today's breakfast:
Whole grain cereal + soymilk, topped with half a banana (the bottom was rather gross looking, so I used the top to not be wasteful).
1 tbspn cherry jam (I needed something sweet. )

Flax bagel with vegan cream cheese

Fava bean salad (don't remember the exact ingredients but it consisted of fava beans, finely chopped veggies, and olive oil+lemon juice)

Cucumber and tomato salad

Hashbrowns with ketchup

Two pieces of whole wheat toast with Earth Balance and jam

I had lemon juice yesterday! It only gave me a slight headache and I have a slight headache today. Oh well.

Paradoxsund, where do you get powdered soymilk in Germany? I've been looking for it for travelling.

Actually, there's a few different kinds. The ones I had are little french fries, cut up in bite sized pieces, and you pan fry them.

I feel quite bad about this since I'm on a diet and this was probably around 1000 calories.

Dinner:
Steamed veggies (leeks, broccoli, asparagus, bok choy)
Banana + kashi puffs + soymilk
1 slice of bread
[2 more slices of bread + 4 dried prunes + 5 dried apricots + several white raisins + 5 dried figs + natural peanut butter + cherry jam] = Sandwich
1/2 cup of soy dream french vanilla
1/4 cup kashi pebbles(?)

The only thing saving me from hating my lapse from good dietting is the fact that I A)resisted a vegan cookie display in the store, B)resisted the veggy sticks sample, and C)Everything I ate was healthy excluding the soy dream.

Tomorrow is a brand new day. Hope me luck. This is my first break since starting about 3 weeks ago.

For one meal, it is. Twice the size of what it's supposed to be by my plan.
But it's okay - I'm starting today off good. :)

Breakfast:
Flax cereal + soymilk
2 slices of bread + natural peanut butter + plum jam
Cranberry apple tea
510 calories.
A nice size for a breakfast. :D
