If I was in Britain I could send you some - I have bought it there from a mailorder store before. Unfortunately I won't get back to Birmingham until September. Maybe you know people in Britain who could help you out? I've never seen it in Germany myself, and when I asked in the wholefood stores they didn't know about any source in Germany either.

Lunch: French fries and salad.
Dinner: Some sort of broth, Lentil and bean curry, rice, salad, poppadom. Chocolate Soya dessert.
I'm in Bratislava and struggling a bit :( - breakfast and lunch has been the same every day. I brought soya milk, nuts and soya desserts with me. Supermarkets in the area have not much fruit and veg choice, and no vegan chocolate that I can find (on the labels I can actually read)
Went to Govinda's tonight, though, which was lovely (120 Sk (about £2.40) for eat as much as you like :)) - think I will eat there tomorrow, too.

The raw thing didn't last, I'm up to my ears in homework and just don't have time (or money!) to buy and make enough raw food to keep me satisfied. I still eat some raw food every day, though.
Breakfast: shredded wheat with soymilk and organic sugar. Cup of caramel creme tea, mmm
"Lunch": Clif bar :o
Supper: Tina's Healthy Kale Meal (http://veganforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5319&page=2#56). OMG sooo good! I had brown rice and kale to use up, and I remembered about this post that CC made ages ago. I'm full but I want more, it was so good! I can't wait to try it with mashed potatoes :D
Dessert: will be raw zingy summer gingerade from the Garden Diet book.

i know what you mean about the raw diet, Yoggy. it is quite expensive. i would like to go raw for a few days sometime again...i've been wanting to give it another try, even though last time i felt quite sick when i did it.

1 medium bar of dark chocolate

home-made bread (with my new bread machine that my mom gave me for christmas:D )...freshly baked warm bread in this cold weather is amazing!

Hi Yoggy! The blueberry juice, I bought at the grocery store. It's not actually straight blueberry juice, as they water it down with some grapejuice as well, but it IS very blueberry-ish!! It's quite refreshing, although it's a rich kind of juice and I can only drink a cup at a time.
Today:
1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea with a dash of soy milk.
1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.
1 Sandwich: wholewheat bread, Yves veggie salami, Tofutti cheese slice and mango chutney.
1 cup of sliced peaches.
Salad: organic romaine, diced tomato, organic orange cranberry dressing.
12 oven baked potato wedges.
1 Spicy Italian vegan sausage.
1 cup of blueberry juice.
That's it for now, but later I'll have a cup of chocolate spice tea and 2 or 3 Hob Nobs :D
