I need to get some diet rootbeer.
Today I had:
1/2 cup "Nutty Pebbles" (grape nuts)
1/2 cup Vanilla Rice milk
1 side salad from Cracker Barrel
1 side of steak fries from the same (don't go there, that is ALL they have. EVERYTHING has ham in it.)
34 multigrain wheat thins
1 cup spiral pasta with a squirt of olive oil. A LOT of guacamole and roasted artichokes, mushrooms, and morningstar chkn tenders
Planning on having some cupcakes that I made with some super generic cake mix(love the cheap/foreign accidentally vegan food) and carrot juice. They are pretty moist/sticky/lovely.
Also a little rice dream on the side. And maybe some grape nuts for crunch and some cinnamon
Oh and some peanut butter in my cereal. I knew I would be going out with my family and wanted to fortify myself

Congratulations wmenke :)
I have a "day off" like yours once a week. Usually on a Monday. I eat whatever I like and don't worry about counting calories or anything like that. It helps me to stay strict for the rest of the week.
I lost 18 pounds doing it like that :)

Mmmmm, yeah I've just been to the shops, and got some of the Taifun Smoked Tofu with almonds and sesame seeds! :D The tofu rosso is so nice aswell! I've really been craving protein type stuff (tofu) recently, like anything I can get my hands on - does that signify something bad? :(
Poison Ivy, I also managed to get my hands on (admittedly wasn't that hard, I obviously didn't have much of a look before) some of that Granovita yeast paste - I got the mushroom one! Mmmm.

I don't know sprite, I'm craving tofu rosso at the moment because it's the first tofu I really love- how's the almond and sesame seed variation?
I'd just trust my body...if I crave something, it means I need it.
today so far:
big bowl of fruit muesli with soymilk
1 apple
1 banana
Thai pasta salad with red cabbage, spring onions, peanuts, coconut milk (from vegweb)
spicy Thai soup with bok choy, bamboo shoots, scallions and glass noodles
cucumber salad with soy sauce, sesame seeds... (vegweb as well)
-> going to have some oatmeal scones soon!

It's sooo nice! Mmmm! You should try it, if your local shop stocks it. :)
Yeah, i'm just getting cravings for the meat-y style protein foodstuffs like Cheatin' Chicken stuff, and just dense protein. Which as I've never eaten meat, I don't think it's likely that I'm craving its texture/taste, so I presume it might be i'm craving the nutrients or something. Bizarre!
