Great! I love menu threads :D.
I do small meals so no B/L/D divide.
1: orange, oatmeal with soy milk, maple syrup, and nuts, green tea
2: Sandwhich with Tofurky, lettuce, mustard, leftover salad
3: Taco salad (without the taco) with veggie crumble, guacomole, and beans
4: banana and berry smoothie
5: Veggie and bean soup, whole grain bread, maybe some pretzls and dark chocolate if I feel like it (just discovered my brand of chocolate is vegan -

Congratulations wmenke :)
I have a "day off" like yours once a week. Usually on a Monday. I eat whatever I like and don't worry about counting calories or anything like that. It helps me to stay strict for the rest of the week.
I lost 18 pounds doing it like that :)
Roxy, I just wanted to tell you what an inspiration you have been to me. I know that you are counting calories, but from your posts you would never know you were - you eat lots of variety and yummy foods. :) I used to calorie count for years and years (i still have all the notebooks  ) so I am a bit tired of that, however over the last week or so I have used your model and just tried to eat smaller portions, eat only when hungry, etc. I have lost about 4 lbs and 2 people told me I tooked thinner! :D
So, we will see...If I can continue to loose weight like this, that would be great. :p

Awwww - that's great Wildflower! I'm so happy to have been able to be a positive influence. 4lbs is great and isn't it sooooo good when people actually tell you that you look thinner! It makes you think "woohoo it's working :D "
Congratulations!
