Well I'm glad everything is ok with your hubby and that you can relax and breathe easy again now.

LOL - Everyone always asks me about hobnobs. They are really delicious cookies and I think they originated in England.

We have vegan brownies are Starbucks here too. They're actually marked "vegan friendly".

Thanks Veganwitch......I do feel a lot better tonight.

Today:

1 cup of Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat tea.

1 glass of Emergen C drink.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with soy milk.

1 wholewheat tortilla wrap filled with mustard, vegan mayo, Yves veggie salami slices, shredded carrot and shredded romaine leaves.

1 cup of fruit cocktail (peaches, apricots & cherries).

1 Yves Thai Lemongrass "Chicken" bowl.

1 vegan hot dog in a multiseed bun with fried onions, ketchup and relish.

Now it's almost time for a cup of Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat tea (just to be sure) and a couple of Hob Nobs.
