And do you just eat the sweet tofu plain from the package? I wonder if Superstore will carry it if I ask nicely. :)

Yes. Each package comes with 2 containers inside. Each are 150g. All you do is peel back the plastic on the top and eat it with a spoon. It's really nice and refreshing. I bought 2 packages of the caramel flavour.

It's waaaay nicer than soy yoghurt and a good alternative for when you want something yoghurty. The berry one is nice with strawberries.

I've tried those. They're good! I wish we had them near where I live.

I just checked on the name, because I couldn't remember. It's
Chunky Mint Madness by Purely Decadent. http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/purely_decadent_chunky_mint_madness.html
I love that brand. I was psyched to get this kind and the caramel, though, because I hadn't had a new flavor in awhile. So, when I went shopping in the next city over, I grabbed 2 pints. What a girl will do for her soy ice cream! :o :)
I have been extrememly hungry lately, especially in the a.m., so I got to have some for breakfast:
-Kashi GoLean Crunch with soymilk
-Pear
-Tiny bit of caramel soy ice cream (Turtle Trails) and some Chunky Mint Madness
