snack: lindt dark chocolate with candied orange peel, 1 granny smith apple

lunch: 1 baked red potato with e.v. olive oil, lemon juice, and mixed herbs and garlic, boiled broccoli with olive oil/lemon juice/garlic dressing, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 kiwi, more orange-flavoured choc

snack: majani gran fiat cocolate (dark choc and hazelnut layers :p:p:p)

supper: salad (2 types of lettuce, radicchio, tomatoes, wholewheat crackers, olive oil, lemon juice), white cabbage with tomato sauce, 1 orange, 2 kiwis, piece of orange cake that I made, more chocolate

fruit salad (orange, banana, apple, pear, kiwi fruit)

buckwheat + mushroom burger
sweet potato wedges
brussels sprouts

whole bar of marzipan-filled chocolate :rolleyes: (but hey, it's hard being stuck in the middle of an essay...)

ryebread + mushroom paté
salad (carrots, fennel, orange, walnuts)
lychee lemonade

-Huge veggie burger on alfalfa sprout toast with Nayonasie and ketchup
-Salad (romaine, a plum tomato, and baby carrots) with creamy Italian dressing

Shredded Wheat cereal with soy milk and banana slices

Bean salad (red and white kidney beans, chickpeas, tomatoes, green onion, red pepper, green pepper, orange pepper, radish, Italian dressing)

Bowl of tomato soup

Vegetable patty on a whole wheat bun with ketchup, mustard, onion slices, tomato slices

Lots of peas

Cup of tea

Cup of decaf coffee (very soy milky)

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with Earth Balance and jam

Probably an apple

Breakfast: Pitta bread with marge.

Mid-day: A tangerine, toast and yeast extract, a bowl of Alpro custard with some frozen raspberries in and a chocolate chip cookie dipped in it.

Dinner: Goodlife beanburger, tomatoes, peas, mashed potato with horseradish mustard.

After-pub: Sainsbury's salt and vinegar chipsticks, more toast and yeast extract.

You know, I was sure I'd eaten something good today, which is why I came to this thread to post. Meh :(

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 organic banana.

1 sandwich: sesame bread, Earthbalance, cranberry sauce, Yves veggie turkey, romaine.

25g pretzel chips.

A few pieces of chocolate.

Big bowl of carrot & butterbean soup.

Later I'll have a cup of chocolate spice tea and either a couple of hobnobs, or instead a couple of wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup. Hmmm.....yeah.....probably the waffles.

breakfast: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, oj, ground flax)

snack: diet dr. pepper

huge lunch (I was really hungry!): baby carrots, steamed spinach w/ "cheese" sauce, Amy's california burger on wheat toast w/ pickle, ketchup & mustard, baked sweet potato w/ earth balance, cranberry almond chocolate

snack: mixed berry soy yogurt, red grapes

dinner: baked wheat macaroni & "cheese", raosted veggies (new potatoes, onion, squash, green beans)

when I get home: some red wine

- Cantaloupe & OJ
- Big Salad of Mixed Greens, Corn Kernels, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado dressed in Olive oil & Herb Salt. Coffee w/ Soy Milk
- Vegie Burger on a Bun w/ Avocado, Tomato & Mixed Greens w/ lots of Ketchup
- Glass of Soy Milk

wow, that sounds great! where did you buy it?

in a speciality cocolate shop..have a look for it,it's delicious! i was thrilled when i found it, coz usually the gianduia chocolates have milk, but this one is vegan

I have those sometimes but they taste funny. Do they taste kind of sharp/very "vinegery" to you?

Breakfast was coffee, toast, houmous, yellow pepper and salad.
Lunch in a minute will be a milky cup of chai tea and either a Luna bar or some Goldenberg Peanut Chews - can't decide . . .
Tonight I'm out for a curry.

ETA I decided on the healthier option - the Luna bar!

Well Cherry, since Vegan Store don't seem to be able to get them anymore I have a limited supply til my next NY trip - I don't know when that will be so I'm rationing them!

bucket of leaves and roasted roots (rocket and roasty veg - courgettes, red and yellow peppers,mushrooms,baby aubergines)

peppermint tea

about a pint of soup (leeks,one carrot,one parsnip,lentil)..wholemeal pitta bread

might live it up later and have a date or three..

snack: piece of orange-coconut cake, 1 red apple

lunch: cannelini beans with homemade tomato n garlic sauce, salad (escarole, iceberg lettuce, radicchio, tomato, wholewheat crackers, olive oil, lemon juice), 2 kiwis, 2 homemade pralines (dark choc, ground almonds, herb liqueur)

snack: salted cashew nuts, 1 giant pear

supper: mushroom and spinach stirfry with sweet n sour dressing, salad (same), 2 kiwis, 2 dark-choc cherry liqueur

yves "chicken" patty on 2 slices oat nut bread w/ tomato, lettuce, vegenaise, and italien herb dressing
potato chips
1/2 small bag barbara's vanilla animal crackers

tangerine
2 cups tension tamer tea
1/2 raisin bran muffin w/ earth balance

quesadillas (ww tortillas, refried beans, scallions, soy cheese, salsa, guacamole, "sour cream")

kiwi
english breakfast tea
1 homeade chocolate chip cookie

breakfast: fresh blueberry, frozen raspberry, orange juice and flax seed smoothie.

lunch: several homemade custard jam drop cookies :o

dinner: I bought 5 kilos of organic chick peas yesterday and soaked a kilo of them today - this evening I had chickpea and potato curry with a lot of fresh grated ginger and garlic in, with freshly made bread rolls on the side. It was yummy :)

Yesterday - Dinner: Home-made masala dhosa :D

Today - Breakfast: 2 thick slices wholemeal toast with pb & jam, banana.
Lunch: Jacket potato with homous and salad, raspberry soy yoghurt, apple and banana.
Snack: Vegan bounty bar and bunch of grapes.
Dinner: Stir fried coconutty rice with veggies, cashew nuts & tofu.
Supper: Half a chopped mango and a mug of hot chocolate.

What I ate on the 09/02/2007:

2/4 of this coconut, raisin and pineapple thingie whatsit (all squashed together in some sort of strip). It was horrible, oh yes. lol

A blackcurrent and apple fruit strip

A handful of blanched peanuts and raisins

1 and 1/2 sandwich...you know that carrot, houmous, sprouts, leave thing from yucky Boots.

2 packets of salted "potato chips"

Honey dew melon...erm...like 1/3 of it.

Porridge (gluten free oats, soya milk, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, and brown sugar)

2 peanut butter cookies (medium sized)


lol and that is it, told you I eat rubbish at the moment!

This is the only "What did you eat topic?" on a forum which people use most days, so I'll use this one. ;) Don't like to be posting by myself! lol

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.

2 pieces of chocolate.

1 Sandwich - sesame bread, Yves veggie salami, corn relish, romaine.

1 organic banana.

2 Home-made burritos - wholewheat tortillas filled with avocado, vegan cheese, salsa and a stirfried mixture of Yves mexican ground round, mushrooms and red peppers. (After I made them, I baked them in the oven for a little while and let the cheese and avocado go all creamy together :) )

Soon I'm going to have a cup of Chocolate Spice tea and a couple of Hob Nobs.
