Breakfast: some canned peaches

Lunch: Black bean burger with tomato and lettuce with some fries

Snack: Soy latte with a huge peanut butter chocolate chip cookie

Snack: the rest of the can of peaches

I didn't eat dinner because my lunch was kind of late and I was still full

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.

1 bowl of breakfast cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 blueberry bagel with Tofutti cream cheese and strawberry & rhubarb jam.

4 pieces of chocolate.

Salad - shredded organic romaine, chopped tomatoes, water chestnuts, Yves "beef" tenders, organic orange/cranberry dressing.

1 piece of pita bread with lemon hummus.

2 Wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple sryup.

1 cup of peppermint tea.

2 pieces of chocolate.

Mmm Roxy, I've never tried a bagel with cream cheese AND jam! I think I'll put that on my grocery list :D

Been studying all day for a midterm, so I didn't eat so well:

Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with soymilk and turbinado sugar

Lunch: other half of my Subway sub, to which I added veggie bologna and salami, and vegenaise

Snack: celery and carrots dipped in homemade vegan ranch dressing. Cup of English breakfast tea.

Supper: 4 vegan taquitos, two "chipotle chicken" flavour and two "beef" flavour, with tofutti sour cream.

Hi Yoggy.....it's really yummy! I just use the cream cheese in place of Earthbalance.

I haven't had any of those tacquitos for a while (mainly due to their expense). I hope they come on sale somewhere soon!

B - 1 whole wheat toast with earth Balance and sliced banana. A few sprinkles of cinnamon YUM! 1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.

L - Veggie pasta (yellow squash, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli and garlic.)

D - Thin oatmeal made with vanilla soymilk. Cinnamon.

Snack - fruit salad (made with organic pears, apples, oranges, and walnuts. Sweetened with a berry fruit juice).:)

yesterday:

1 slice toast and marmalade, coffee

vegan roast dinner (vegan sausages, cabbage, cauliflower, swede, peas, carrots, roast potatoes and gravy), too much beer and cider :rolleyes:

brunch: multi-grain bagel w/ peanut butter & grape jelly, big glass of oj, green tea

snack: baked wheat mac n' "cheese"

snack 2: pear, red grapes

dinner: seitan & portobello stroganoff over fettucine (from vegan w/ a vengeance, soooooo good), freshly baked wheat bread w/ earth balance, steamed broccoli w/ "cheese" sauce, many beers

late night: sunchips & bbq chips

br: half a piece of toast with marg, tea
snack: more tea, about 3 applepie cookies
lunch: soya mince and courgette chilli with rice, salad and sweetcorn, tea
dinner: more tea, one veggie sausage, salad, aubergine slices with breadcrumbs .... I'm home alone tonight and ate all of them! A whole aubergine!

I currently feel rather full, but I have a large piece of chocolate cake for later :)

veggie egg roll (from natural store deli)

smoothie (bananas, raspberries, soymilk)
1/2 blt sandwich (fakin bacon, tomato, lettuce, vegenaise, whole wheat bread)
mint magic tea

1 chocolate chip cookie

chimichanga (ww tortilla, refried beans, salsa, hash browns, morningstar "steak" tips, "cream cheese")
1/2 avocado
2 homeade cinnamon buns
couple cups black coffee

2 cups tension tamer tea
bosc brown pear
organic date rolled in organic coconut

big bowl butternut-tomato soup w/ croutons
slice pizza topped w/ onion, red pepper, boca burger, green olives, soy cheese

2 chocolate chip cookies
english breakfast tea

Mmm you've made me want chocolate chip cookies now Veganwitch!

Breakfast- Cinnamon and raisin bagel with pure margerine
Lunch-
Pitta bread with houmous, tomato, cucumber and mushroom
Apple
Snack-
Vanilla soya latte
Banana
Dinner-
Mushroom stir fry (carrot, chinese greens, mushroom, beansprouts, sweetcorn) with pine nuts and soy sauce
Pudding- Stir fried fruit salad (kiwi, banana, apple, coconut and raisins stir fryed in orange juice) with a little plain soya yoghurt.

Feel like i've eaten a ton today but at least most of it was healthyish. Had a bit of s tir fry kinda evening lol.

I have been wanting to make this recipe! I must remember now... :D

Today -

Breakfast - 1/2 of a toasted whole wheat bagel w/smart balance light. cup of coconut roobis tea w/light vanilla soymilk.

Lunch (at like 10 AM! :rolleyes: ) - Boca burger on a toasted whole wheat bagel w/ketchup, mustard, pickles. sour pickle. veggie potato salad.

Snack - cashews, dried fruit and a hot pretzel.

dinner :o - 1/2 of an oversized chocolate cupcake w/vanila frosting. MMMMMMM.

I've only just had breakfast but I feel like posting. :)

-1 slice whole wheat bread + apricot jam
-1/2 cup kashi puffs
-1/4 cup fortified cereal of some sort (it's morning :rolleyes: )
-1 cup soymilk
-1 cup orange juice
-5 dried figs

Lunch, already packed will be:
-40g raisons
-2 cups berry juice
(Note: I eat 2 small lunches a few hours apart. Keeps me from being hungry before dinner. That is the first one.)

yesterday-
i think 3 or 4 clemtines. bag of whole wheat pretzels, which i dipped in chocolate =] (pretzels not the bag lol). a few bananas. dried blueberries and almonds (maybe about 1/2c-3/4c combined) eggplant with soy sauce.

today - 2 bowls of cereal, some lindt (dark) chocolate, package of mushrooms, 2 clementines, banana, 2 ciabatta rolls, handful of chocolate chips (lol), baby carrots.

Herbal tea (which doesnt really constitute breakfast:))
Snack:
Banana, passionfruits and figs
Lunch:
Tomatosoup from yesterday
Chips with guacamole
Dinner (which I have not yet eaten but look forward to):
Soy hotdogs and veggie burgers (which will be excellent for tomorrow as well)
Dessert:
Cake (a vegan version of a traditional Danish cake for our holiday resembling Halloween)
All in all a very traditional menu:)
