Veganwitch - I wanna eat like you do. That sounds amazing. Except for the Earl Grey...I'm a fan of fruity teas.
My breakfast and lunch stay the same most on weekdays (for the sake of convience), so I won't bother typing up what I've eaten so far (it's a few posts back).
EDIT: Philfox, do you know a good way to keep the kiwi seeds from being a nuisance when you make smoothies? When I do them it makes the texture bad and they get caught in my teeth.

i havent a clue :D
the processor is pretty brutal, so the texture is fairly even. i like smoothies thick, so eat with a spoon a lot. the seeds, well they just are, lol. although i still think of frogspawn when i make them. i do love these smoothies though, they are my hangover cure for certain ;)
i was no help was i bic ;)

Then for lunch I had homemade soda bread, with homemade houmous and a homemade choc chip cookie (all courtesy of Cherry's parsleysoup site! :D:D Thankyou!), with some plain soya yoghurt.
Then for tea, I had couscous with some stew I made yest (onion, leeks, spring onions, carrot, courgette, tomato and celery, plus spices..), and snacked on stuff.

Thanks applepie :)
I got the recipe from "La Dolce Vegan" - basically you just put all the ingredients in a blender then bake it. It's got onion, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup (I used passata), parsley and oats plus other ingredients I'm sure I've forgotten :D I'll PM you the recipe.
