2 slices of sprouted grain bread toast with almond butter and jam

Banana

Cup of tea

Chickpea and vegetable curry over rice

A few cookies

Veggie burger on whole wheat bun with ketchup, mustard, tomato slices, and a pickle

Guacamole and salsa with tortilla chips (some baked, some regular kind)

Banana

2 slices of whole wheat toast with jam

Cup of tea eaten with two sweet Arabic breadsticks called urshally (really yummy, you dip them into your tea so they get soft).

Probably raw veggies tonight for a snack.

chocolate muffin fresh from the oven
bowl of fruit salad (banana, apple, kiwi fruit, orange)

lentil + carrot soup
toasted wholemeal bread

coffee + soya milk
soya yogurt + spoonful of molasses
2 tangerines

wholewheat pasta with spinach, tomatoes + pine nuts

Yesterday i had:

B: bowl of blueberry wheats, banana and soya milk

L: carrot, cherry tomatos, cucumber and hummus with two small white rolls.

D: Laaaarge bowl of spicy morrocan chickpea soup and three slices of multigrain bread with suma sunflower spread.

B: Big bowl of porridge with soya milk, agave syrup and a handful of goji berries. A banana.

L: Jacket potato with baked beans, another banana and an apple.

S: Strawberry yoghurt and a coffee with soya milk.

D: Spicy okra curry with rice. And probably some more fruit for dessert later...

Yesterday:
B - a glass of cranberry juice and a 4 hour drive up the motorway :rolleyes:
L - pesto couscous with green pepper and tomato, 1/2 block of basil tofu, bread sticks and chocolate spread.
D- 2 baked potatoes with 3 tofu grill sausages and green beans
supper - 3 staffordshire oatcakes

Today:

B - a piece of toast with tartex
L - two potato waffles with veggie bacon and tomatoes.
D - two nut cutlets, asparagus, green beans, carrots and oven chips
Snacks - bread sticks with chocolate spread, 4 dried apricots, brazil nuts and almonds.

Hhmm. Probably not enough fruit & veg.

We had fruit for breakfast - 2 oranges, apple and banana

Lunch - lentil and vegetable casserole with rice.

Supper - courgette and tomato curry with bulgar wheat - yum:)

some forest fruit yoghurt, apple juice. all organic.

snack:
ryebread with some spread and some chocolate spread. all organic.
some white tea with peaches.

lunch:
leftover lentil soup. some more yoghurt. all organic.

snack:
more ryebread with chocolate spread. all organic.

dinner:
steamed broccoli with a coconutmilk/spinach/kale sauce and some dhal.

snack: apple chips.

gonna make waffles when my boyfriend gets off work:)

Where I live they sell these Nina Bananas - they are very tiny and yummy!

Yesterday was my "cheat day"


I cup of Earl Grey tea with soy milk.
Cheesey Scrambled tofu on wholewheat toast.

Several pieces of dark chocolate.

Many tortilla chips and pretzels.

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 bottle of Diet Sprite
2 Samoas with chutney
Chickpea Curry
Dahl, which also contained beans
Rice
Nan

2 chocolate cookies.

2T peanut butter on 2 pieces sprouted bread.

breakfast: raisin bran crunch w/ soymilk, green tea

snack: a plum, a peach, tamari roasted almonds

lunch: steamed asparagus, boiled peanuts, sauteed mushroom, red pepper & corn w/ balsamic & basil, vanilla cupcake w/ fudgy frosting

snack: smoothies (mango, pineapple, banana, soymilk), tortilla chips w/ tomatillo sauce

dinner: ginger pickled cucumbers, coconut almond red curry w/ veggies over fettuccine, another cupcake

Sounds like a great day emmydu and jamboxrock! that's a lot of carrots emmydu, I wish I liked them enough to eat that many :)

Today was a pretty good day for me:

Breakfast: shredded wheat with soymilk and turbinado sugar
Snack: 12 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
Lunch: 2 veggie samosas, mashed potatoes and baby green salad with sundried tomato dressing
Snack: half a bag of corn chips :o (well at least I stopped after half)
Supper: Tina's healthy kale with brown rice meal (yet again - I can't get enough of the stuff!) with 6 vegetable gyozas. Delish!

wild rocket and spinach salad...avocado..tomato..cucumber..lemon juice.pumpkin seeds and some flax seeds

a ryvita something bar??
bottle water..

beechwood smoked tofu..courgettes..beansprouts..carrots..brocolli.. mushrooms..all stir fried in some garlicky/ginger, maple syrup and tamari with quinoa..

couple of wedges of the cocoa naked bar..
a few salted kettle chips nicked off my daughter..

2 Wildberry Buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

Baked pretzel chips with hummus.
1 piece of Turkish Delight.

2 glasses of white wine.
Veggie "chicken" in Dijon Marinade.
roasted baby potatoes with Italian herbs.
herb salad with orange/cranberry vinagrette.

Some Kettle Korn
A few pieces of raspberry candy.

Today has been a really good day, thanks to the fact that I finally woke up early today and managed to pack myself a lunch. I have to start doing that more often, the vegan options in the cafeteria are really starting to get boring.

Breakfast: shredded wheat with soymilk and turbinado sugar, and a cup of English breakfast tea

Morning snacks: a pear, some baby carrots, and a big container of red grapes and chopped mango, with a small container of raw agave nectar for dipping :D

Lunch: leftover brown rice with kale

Afternoon snacks: I have a banana and more carrot sticks left, so that will be my snack. I also brought the other half of the corn chips I started yesterday, 'just in case'

Supper: Well, after reading about Roxy's curry craving yesterday, now I have a craving too! I'll make either a coconut curry with a bunch of mixed vegetables, or a chickpea curry, served over rice :D.

I've lost my appetite the last few weeks and havent been eating much, but I tried to eat more today:

breakfast
weetabix minis with soya milk and a bit of maple syrup

afternoon
small apple,small fruit and grain bar, chickpea and black olive pate

dinner
vegetable soup, tofu burger, veggies (carrott, broccoli, tomato) and a spoon of houmous

quesadillas (ww tortillas, refried black beans, scallions, soy cheese, salsa, guacamole, "sour cream"

crap eating today, mainly because I'm ill, not hungry and can't taste much anyway:

1 huge bowl of wildflower's pasta salad (I'm sorry I really can't say much about the taste, will make it again when I'm healthy again!)

2 sandwiches with plum marmelade

red risotto (with rocket, sundried tomatoes, canned tomatoes and red wine)

1 orange
1 apple
1 banana

lots of tea and hot water with lemon juice

Hope you feel better soon pavotrouge!!

Well I didn't make my curry tonight. Instead, I tried my hand at sushi, and it was great! I made inside-out (california) rolls with avocado, cucumber and carrot. It was my first time making it at home, and it was soooo good. And cheap! I can't believe what some restaurants charge for plain rice and a few strips of raw vegetables!

I'll be making homemade sushi a LOT more often from now on :D

1 bowl of cornflakes with vanilla soy milk.

Baked pretzel chips with hummus.
Some raspberry candies.

Veggie "Chicken" in dijon marinade.
Roasted baby potatoes with italian herbs.
Herb salad with orange/cranberry vinigarette.
