yesterday...

breakfast: one piece of dry wheat toast and a sprite (was getting over an upset tummy)

snack: another piece of dry toast, peach soy yogurt

lunch: coconut almond red curry w/ veggies over fettuccine, vanilla cupcake

snack: coke zero cherry, a peach & an asian pear

dinner: chips & salsa, taco salad (refried beans, grilled onions & peppers, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole in a tortilla shell), a margarita and a beer

Yesterday:

B: Porridge with rice milk and agave nectar
snack: soy yoghurt
L: 3 tortilla wraps with low fat guacamole and three bean chilli
D: Mix veg tagine with cous cous and wholemeal pitta
snack: brown rice pudding with agave and strawberry jam

Today:
B:Porridge with rice milk and agave
snack:frozen mix berry, banana and vanilla rice milk smoothie
L: wholemeal pitta with falafels and some tagine
D: Tagine and cous cous with wholemeal pitta

Are those the lifestream waffles Roxy? I'm not a fan of the buckwheat, but I love the flax and hemp! Dunno, something about fruit in a waffle that I'm not fond of...

That reminds me, I still have some flax waffles in my freezer.....:D

Breakfast: 2 thick slices wholemeal toast with pb & jam, coffee and a banana.

Elevenses: Bowl of fruit & nut muesli with soya milk and hemp protein powder.

Lunch: 1 and a half wholemeal pitta breads stuffed with salad veggies and homous, an apple and a pear.

Dinner: Homemade patra (stuffed curried patra leaves) expertly cooked to perfection by my own personal chef :D Absolutely yummy!

Dessert: Fruit salad of chopped apple, pear and mango.

Don't think I've eaten enough veggies today, I'll have to do better tomorrow...

english muffin with earth balance & orange marmalade
chocolate chai tea
3 slices cantalope

vanilla soy yogurt
organic dates & pecans

decaffe roast tea
mock "chicken" salad on oatmeal molasses bread
onion & garlic soy crisps (1/2 bag)

2 cups mint magic tea
calm herbal tea
couple quesadilla wedges (w/ guacamole, salsa, "sour cream", refried beans, scallions, soy cheese)
few tortilla chips to finish up guacamole

2 cinnamon waffles w/ sliced strawberries & syrup
chocolate hazelnut tea

Breakfast:
-cream of wheat made with soymilk with brown sugar
-apple
-pear

snack: apple

Lunch:
-veggieburger on ww toast with ketchup and Nayonaise
-Baby carrots
-Cookies and cream soy ice cream

Dinner:
BBQ Riblets
salad with LF dressing
a baked potato with ED
a pear

Later: a snack of some sort, but I don't know what

Got my wisdom teeth out today. I can't really eat and I'm also nauseas from the medicines so not a very varied day. Way too much soy!

Cappuccino pudding

Mango-applesauce

A few tiny bites of hummus but couldn't stomach it

Sip of chocolate soy milk but couldn't stomach it

Cappuccino pudding

Mango-applesauce

Bowl of Rice Dream chocolate ice cream

Bowl of pureed lentil soup served cold

Blueberry flavoured soy yogurt

Cup of apple juice

If I'm hungry again, it will be another applesauce cup. Maybe cinnamon applesauce.

yves "chicken" pattie on slice italian bread w/ mixed greens, tomato, nayonaisse, italian dressing

3 slices cantalope
decaffe roast tea
few wheat crackers w/ artichoke hummus
echinacea tea

pasta w/ tomato basil sauce
gimme lean "meatballs"
corn w/ earth balance, parsley, garlic
slice foccacia coated w/ olive oil, basil toasted in oven

earl grey tea
1/2 double chocolate chip boston cookie

I was hungry today!! I ate about 100 calories too much :o

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
2 slices of wholewheat toast topped with mashed avocado and salt & pepper.
2 wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

Crackers with hummus and cucumber slices.
A few pieces of chocolate.

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 cup of Diet Coke.
1 veggie burger - Yves veggie burger on a bun with hummus, ketchup, tomato slices, vegan cheese and herb salad.
A side of baked potato wedges with ketchup.

1 cup of maple/vanilla tea.
2 pieces of Turkish Delight.

That's them. The cinnamon ones are soooo yummy too. Especially when drenched in maple syrup :D I buy maple syrup by the litre lol. :rolleyes: :D

breakfast: raisin bran crunch w/ soymilk, green tea

lunch: pressed sandwich (wheat toast, tofurkey, tofutti american, spinach, nayonnaise, vidalia mustard relish), a peach, a pear, two vanilla cupcakes w/ fudgy frosting

snack: coffee, an apple, strawberry banana soy yogurt

dinner: amy's non-dairy pot pie, baked sweet potato w/ earth balance

What is patra?

Patra: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patra_%28Indian_Cuisine%29

I only tried it for the first time recently in a restaurant, and the homemade version is even better. It's spicy, yet kind of sweet at the same time. I recommend it if you like indian food - quite time consuming and fiddly to make but well worth the effort :)

S: Packet of walkers baked crisps.

D: Mushroom and white wine pasta with stir fried veggies.

B: porridge with rice milk, water and agave
Snack: berry, banana, oat and rice milk smoothie
L: half WW pitta with tsp tahini, falafel and one grated carrot, apple and an orange
Snack: 2 teacakes with Pure spread (white flour and spread! well, it is Friday)
Dinner: red lentil pasta sauce with wholewheat linguine

one orange

2 potato dumplings, red cabbage and mushroom gravy

lunch: pressed sandwich (wheat toast, tofurkey, tofutti american, vegenaise, vidalia mustard relish, spinach), chunky veggie soup, vanilla cupcake w/ fudgy frosting

snack: apple

dinner: two big pieces of pizza w/ sliced tomato, sundried tomato, spinach & tofu

later: probably some alcoholic beverages

fresh pineapple chunks

2 beets, 1 1/2 green apple, 1/4 lime, slice ginger, juiced
red pepper strips w/ artichoke hummus

slice foccacia dipped in oil w/ basil toasted in oven

1 huge bowl of wildflower's pasta salad (I'm sorry I really can't say much about the taste, will make it again when I'm healthy again!)

1 Yves veggie burger (cooked and cold) on a bun with hummus, ketchup and herb salad leaves.

1 maple granola bar.

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 cup of Diet Coke.
1 veggie buger (Yves veggie burger patty, mushrooms, onion, tomato slices, hummus, ketchup and herb salad leaves).
Side of oven baked hash browns.

1 cup of maple/vanilla tea.
2 pieces of Turkish Delight.

i've only just started eating properly again after a nasty stomach bug nearly two weeks ago...

today:
cooked breakfast (vegan sausages, baked beans, bubble & squeak, grilled tomatoes), coffee

two slices of toast with houmous, orange juice

veg chilli made with kidney beans and spicy tofu sausages, tortilla chips, vegan cheese and guacamole, two large bottles of beer

apple, 2 clementines

mocha vegan ice cream

(too much food!!!)

um i think like 7 apples? lol. quite a bit of peanut butter. 2 cans of chick peas. some raisin bran.
