Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces of wholewheat toast with earthbalance and strawberry & rhubarb jam.

1 Yves veggie burger (cooked and cold) on a bun with hummus, ketchup and herb salad leaves.

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces of dark chocolate.

Someone opened some plain potato chips at work so I had a few of those :rolleyes:

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 large bowl of organic tomato soup.
1 Yves veggie lasagne bowl.

1 cup of maple/vanilla tea.
6 pieces of dark chocolate.

Yesterday was a rather unbalanced day of eating. 6 hours of it was spent travelling on the road and 3 hours at a funeral/reception:

chocolate chai tea
english muffin w/ earth balance & orange marmalade

cup of very bad coffee
picked at salad of greens (in which I came across 2 fruit flies), black olives, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion w/ oil and vinegar

chimichanga (ww tortilla, "cream cheese", salsa, refried black beans, morningstar "steak" tips, hash browns)
luna strawberry "cream" bar
darjeeling tea

darjeeling tea
echinachea tea
bowl panda puffs w/ soymilk

pasta w/ tomato basil sauce
one bite of "meatball"
slice foccacia w/ olive oil & basil, toasted

lunch: gigantic baked potato w/ tomatoes, red & green onion, green pepper & salsa, diet coke

snack: raisin bran crunch w/ soymilk, an orange, green tea

dinner: chips w/ salsa & guacamole, bean burrito, beer

snack: saltines

Breakfast:
Muesli with fresh banana and soya milk.
Soya cappuccino

Lunch:
Mixed salad greens, tomato.
Apple.
Cup of "heisse Liebe" ("Hot Love" :D ) tea (Raspberry and Vanilla)

Dinner:
Buckwheat and rice flour pancakes with refried beans, carrot, red pepper and zucchini, salsa, salad leaves and plain yogurt.
Pear and apple crumble with soya cream.

I know the "Heisse Liebe" tea! It's awesome... you can actually get it in Italy? Do you know the other variations, too (can't remember the names, but they all sound alike)?

today:
lots of Nepalese white tea (about 2 litres, I guess! I found my old inherited Asian tea pot)

two huge bowls soba noodles with konbu and shiitake stock, mirin and soy sauce (forgot the fancy Japanese name)
stir-fried mushrooms with ginger, green onions and sesame

2 wholewheat sandwiches with VWAV hijiki-chickpea salad, cucumber, onions and tomatoes

1 very chocolate muffin (I did something wrong, though. Two of them kind of exploded in the oven!)

1 cup hot chocolate soymilk

I was curious to try the tea because when I was in the Dolomites one year they had the dessert "Heisse Liebe" - vanilla ice-cream with hot raspberries over the top :cool: Sooooo good, and easy to veganise :) The tea isn't as good as the dessert, but it's great all the same. I haven't seen the others though.

Your day sounded delish Pavotrouge.

It's not funny- there are muffin crumbles everywhere in my oven!

Mmmmh ice cream...why don't I have a freezer :confused:

Looked up the other teas at the company's site...there's "Pure Lust" (no translation needed :D, strawberry/rhubard/cream ), "Sweet Kiss" (strawberry/cherry), and "Kleine Sünde" ("little sin", blueberry/vanilla...I found two bags in my tea box!).
Nope, I'm not a tea fanatic :rolleyes:

Breakfast: bowl of Koala Krisp and a cup of English breakfast tea.

Lunch: leftover chickpea curry and 6 veggie gyozas. Dark chocolate bar.

Supper: will probably be some vegan taquitos, but I'll need something to go with them...

Vanilla soy yogurt

Cappuccino pudding

Chocolate Rice Dream (rice based ice cream)

Bowl of cream of rice cereal (made with rice milk) with maple syrup

Cup of tea

Bowl of tomato soup with soggy crackers

2 generous plates of mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy

2 cups of chocolate soy milk

I can't remember if I ate more?

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.

Half a breadroll with Earthbalance, corn relish, Yves veggie bologna and herb salad leaves.
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
A couple of pieces of dark chocolate.

About 3/4 of a cup of plain potato chips (broken bits from the bottom of the bag).

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

Salad: herb salad leaves, tomato, organic radish, organic beets, Yves veggie bacon pieces (fried up until nice and crispy) and poppyseed dressing.
A few pretzel chips on the side.
1 cup of fruit drink (sugar laden rubbish).

1 cup of vanilla/maple tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with vanilla soy milk.

-oatmeal with soymilk and brown sugar

L:
-ww penne with EB, tvp, and sauce
-salald (ice burg lettuce, baby carrots, red pepper, cucumber) with Italian dressing
-MoJo Bar (YUM!)

D:
-Quinoa with EB
-2 Amy's Texas burgers
-salad (romaine, red peppers, cucumbers, baby carrots) with LF raspberry vinaigrette dressing
-pear

Snack:
Apple

It always seems like I eat a ton, but that was actually a normal amount of calories, according to fitday.

1 cup steal cut oats with unsweetened organic applesauce, maple syrup, cin and walnuts....soy milk.
Green tea with orange and bergamont.

Lunch
homemade vegan fat free carob-banana muffin
peach soy yogurt

Dinner:
west coast vegan enchiladas with avocado, organic black beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, sprouted grain tortillas and soy cheese
spanish brown rice

snack:
air popped popcorn

lots of water all day

2 oranges
banana
8 squares of dark chocolate

dinner:
tomato + basil soup
garlic bruschetta
salad (radicchio, tomatoes, yellow pepper, cucumber, celery, olives)
vanilla ice-cream, banana slices + melted chocolate

OMG I think I'm PMSing badly, can't stop eating (at least I didn't have the time at work) :rolleyes:

breakfast # 1 (4am): vanilla rice pudding

breakfast # 2 (6am): "How it all vegan" Pasta dish with lots of parsley

two Vwav mock tuna sammiches (see yesterday, I made a load of them and still have salad left!...anybody want some?)

2 exploded chocolate muffins

1/2 litre homemade chai with waaaaay to much maple syrup

1 cup chocolate soymilk

two small bowls Libanese vegetable stew with small pasta, tomatos and chickpeas

1 small bowl taboulli with baba ganough
3 Lebanese (maybe 5'' in diameter) parsley pancakes
a thin arabic pita bread

WOW, I ate lots, even for me :) :D

L: Spelt, borlotti bean and kidney bean soup with veggies. Apple, half a banana. Dried figs.

Snack - a few dried apricots

D: Chick pea pancakes with edamame hummus, steamed green beans, grilled zucchini and sliced tomato.

A few cups of decaf.

portobello mushroom bake (from Garden of Vegan)
brown rice
corn on cob
sparkling cider

2 cups darjeeling tea
slice triple layer coconut spice cake w/ mocha frosting
