Kashi 7 whole grain cereal with half a banana and soy milk
coffee with stevia and soy milk
Snack:
1 pear
vegan mochanut muffin
green tea with orange and bergamont

left over west coast veggie enchilada with spanish brown rice
cranberry juice
D:
in a few hours will be
Vegan cheesey broccoli/rice bake
fresh asparagus
spinach salad

tried to be healthy today but probably wasnt
a banana, apple and avocado
a load of goji berries
raisins, almonds, brazil nuts (a few handfuls)
a bit of left over lentil soup
2 cups of miso soup, and a lot of water

breakfast: raisin bran crunch w/ soymilk, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer
lunch: pressed sandwich (wheat toast, tofurkey, tofutti american, spinach, vegenaise, spicy mustard), chunky veggie soup
snack: applesauce, a bite of almond butter
dinner: veggie spring rolls w/ duck sauce, 12 pieces sushi (cucumber, carrot, avocado), a peach
later: red wine

Breakfast: Koala Krisp
Lunch: bowl of Moroccan chickpea/lentil soup and 1 slice of multigrain bread. 16 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
Supper: will be 2 vegan rolls (GOD I wish I could make these myself, they are SO good!) with some oven fries.
Dessert: will be the rest of my red grapes

3 cups of kashi puffed cereal with dried blueberries and a handful of walnuts. a banana. 5 apples. pound of baby carrots. snapple apple =]

Breakfast: Muesli and coffee with oat milk.
Lunch: Grilled polenta with fresh tomato sauce, steamed chard and "cheese" sauce. Apple.
Not sure about dinner yet...

Tiny bit. But I still can't chew normal foods. :( My mouth doesn't want to open all the way.

I'd say it took me about a week to get over my wisdom tooth extraction. And I only had the one out! So take your time and get well.

Early morning snack (I had to be at work at 4am yuk):
Strawberry soy yogurt
Tall soy 1/2 pump mocha, 1 pump coconut
B:
Steel cut oats with banana, coconut and walnuts....soy milk
L:
will be left overs....west coast enchilada and vegan cheesy brocolli, rice bake
D:
will be
Corn chowder
Spinach salad
healthy vegan whole wheat biscuits
snack:
red grapes and an apple

Breakfast: porridge with bran, with half rice milk half water and loads of agave nectar (I have a serious sweet tooth in the morning, I think my tastebuds are still asleep and need a load of sugar to wake up!)
Lunch: Leftover lentil curry with small garlic and coriander naan and a wholemeal pitta, banana
Post-gym snack: 2 bananas, 1.5 cups of frozen berries, spalsh of orange juice and rice milk smoothie (about a pint and a half in total)
Dinner: veggie burger, 2 waffles, grilled courgette and maybe pepper
ETA: whole 'dry' (without oil) roasted red pepper, whole courgette and whole carrot :D

2 bowls Lebanese soup (see yesterday)
1 small bowl taboulli
1 apple
1 chocolate muffin
1 millet-stuffed zucchini from Vwav soon, maybe something nibbly (think popcorn) later

Late last night I made a quick snack: sauteed a tomato with garlic until tender. It was soo good. I would eat it even if I could chew.

espresso coffee with lots of sugar
2 tortilla wraps with refried black beans, spicy cucumber salsa and rocket
big fruit salad (pineapple, pear, tangerine, orange, kiwi, lemon)
bits of chocolate, strawberries, dough, cake crumbs etc while i was making the chocolate truffle cake recipe that was posted on the forum a few weeks ago :p

not the healthiest of days...but every1's having parties and birthdayds..what can one do? :)

lunch: amy's california burger on wheat toast w/ spinach, ketchup, mustard & relish, carrot sticks & cucumber slices w/ creamy herb dressing, a peach, gingerbread spice tea
snack: strawberries, banana, strawberry banana soy yogurt (was going to make a smoothie but the blender was in the dishwasher), coffee w/ french vanilla creamer
dinner: veggie spring rolls w/ duck sauce, amy's teriyaki bowl (tofu, veggies & brown rice)
