Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 "bacon-burger" (crispy fried Yves veggie bacon, ketchup, tomato and vegan cheese on a bun).

1 cup of maple/vanilla tea
3/4 cup of channa masala (chickpea curry)

1 cup of prickly pear lemonade
1 grilled "cheese" sandwich
1 bowl of Amy's No Chicken Noodle Soup.

About to have some Kettle Korn while I watch a movie.

Not a fabulous eating day at all :o But I went grocery shopping tonight so it's all good for tomorrow!

roxy, your bacon burger sounds delish. i made "blt's" earlier this week!

today:

breakfast:
-1/3 baked potato
-veggie dog
snacks:
-black grapes
-dark chocolate
dinner:
-yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, and salad.

too much rich food because im pmsing. it gave me indigestion!

bran flakes, banana, kiwi fruit + soya milk

massive salad (radicchio, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, celery, radishes, chickpeas, olives, toasted pine nuts...)

coffee + soya milk
2 pieces of chocolate
apple, pear

dinner will be wholewheat pasta with spinach, tomatoes + mushrooms

Foxytina, I'm pmsing, too... we should make a pms club for all the bitching and feeling down that comes with it... didn't have the time to eat today because of a massive distaster (not caused by us) at work that'll keep us working overtime for the next billion years...

2 slices toast with cherry-banana marmalade

1 sandwich with VWAV chickpea-hijiki-salad, cucumber and onion

some figs

an apple, an orange

two wraps filled with a couscous-curry-sauerkraut-mixture (the rest went into red bell peppers)

2 stuffed bell peppers
a small bowl pasta with curry sauce

Yesterday:

- Apple. Citrus Green Tea.
- Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon Sugar
- Plain Salted Brown Rice
- Lime Coke
- Banana
- Burrito w/ Refried Beans, Salsa, Avocado, Corn Kernels & Sliced Tomato.
- A couple of small pieces of Pineapple.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 chopped mango (sooo ripe and sooo delicious!)

Snack/early lunch: 17 pieces of homemade veggie sushi (cucumber, carrot, avocado)! I finally got a sushi mat, so it turned out great. I was so full after!

Snack: chocolate :o

Supper: I was really busy on the computer and didn't realise until 9:00 that I hadn't had supper yet! I was lazy so I just chopped up another mango and had it with a whole bunch of red grapes, as well as 3 medjool dates stuffed with macadamia butter :D

another not-so-good day...the partying has just been going on for 2 days now..:o

big salad (lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, salt)

2 slices sprouted grain cinnimon raison bread with earth balance

Snack:
Boomi Bar
Acai juice

Lunch:
2 slices whole wheat sour dough bread (vegan)
soy pepperjack cheese
smashed avocado
alfalpha sprouts
tomatoes
baby spinach
8 ounces of super green food juice
water

Not sure on dinner yet....I have to work until late and since I work for starbucks it will probably be a soy 1 pump mocha with 3 pumps coconut latte....and maybe a handful of nuts. I guess we will see....ha!

-steal cut oats with soymilk and brown sugar
-2 pears
-12 almonds

Snack #1:
Pretzels

Snack #2:
Apple

Lunch:
-2 pieces of veggie "chicken" with ketchup
-2 slices of ww bread with EB
-Salad (romaine, baby carrots, red pepper, and low fat rapberry vinaigrette dressing)

While I was cooking dinner:
some baby carrots

Dinner: (I am so tired of soy. Everything lately has been soy, so I needed a break! I was happy with this dinner)
-Lentils over millet with stir fry veggies and EB
-pear

i've tried to eat stuff to nurture my slight sniffles today..but i might've got it wrong after the very first thing i popped in my mouth :o

1 clementine
nettle tea

watercress salad.. ie watercress with balsamic vinegar and flax oil (haven't been shopping yet)..some engevita on top and a few pumpkin seeds..redwood felafel..almost an entire packet "mmm"

bottle water
carton choc alpro soya shake

2 handfuls goji berries (i never had these before..they're quite nice :) )

wholemeal pitta bread...homemade lentil and pepper soup..redwood sausages, few new potatoes..brocolli.
soya yogurt and some halva stuff.

does this seem a lot?
i want to eat MORE!!!!!!!

snack: a pear

lunch: almond butter & strawberry jam sandwich on wheat, smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, peach soy yogurt)

dinner: fifteen bean & collard greens soup, cornbread

soon: red wine

So far today i have eaten:

B: Strawberry oat cereal with chopped banana and soya milk

L: Fried large flat field mushroom in a large wholemeal roll with fried red onion, sundried tomato hummous and salad. With a carrot and walkers baked salt and vinegar crisps on the side (best lunch ever!! so tasty, everyone should try the mushroom 'burger').

and for dinner i will have vegetable (courgette, pepper, carrot, sweetcorn, onion and mushroom) korma with wild rice and a mini naan.

WW pitta with about 1 cup of roasted dquash and lentil soup
5 Nairn's biscuits..which were gross but I ate them anyway

decaffe roast tea

darjeeling tea
slice coconut spice cake w/ mocha frosting

2 cups mint magic tea
cup sugar cookie tea
3 quesadilla wedges (ww tortilla, refried black & pinto beans, scallions, soy cheddar & mozzarella, salsa, guacamole, "sour cream")

cup warmed peppermint chocolate soymilk

Think Thin peanut butter bar
8 ounches kombucha tea

Lunch:
WW vegan mexican pizza with salsa, beans, soy cheese, chiles, olives, tomatoes and avo...homemade...yum.

Will be lite...probably left over corn chowder

That sounds fantastic! Did you bake the avocado with everything else or add it at the end? Seems to me it might bake up funny...

I put the avo and tomato on after baking the pizza...even my super omni hubby liked it.

yesterday:a healthy day.
B: 2 weetbix with sliced banana and soya milk
snack: 4 vegan choc almonds
lunch: large avocado salad with four wholewheat crackers
orange juice
dinner: vege and cashew stirfry, handful of potato chips
2 cups tea with soya milk and sugar.
a bit of hot cross bun.

today:
B: hot chocolate with soya milk
wholemeal crumpet with marg and vegemite
orange juice

snack: lots of choc almonds :D (hey im pregnant)
cup fo tea with soya milk

lunch: scone with jam and vegan spread/marg
a mango
big bunch of green grapes
lemon and ginger tea

dinner: will be lentil and vege dish of some sort..

snack: a pear

lunch: amy's california burger on wheat toast w/ tofutti american, bbq sauce, spinach & bacos, carrot sticks & cucumber slices w/ creamy herb dressing

snack: strawberries, a banana, a couple saltines, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

dinner: fifteen bean & collard greens soup, whole wheat cornbread

Fifteen beans? That sounds like a great soup! Recipe please :D

Today:

breakfast: half a bowl of Koala Krisp with unsweetened soymilk, and I was still hungry so I had a whole wheat bagel.

Lunch: carrot/ginger soup, iced tea, and some chocolate

Supper (YUM): curry with green beans, potatoes, asparagus, carrots and onions, all cooked in coconut milk and served over rice. Sooo fatty but sooo good!

Dessert: mango and red grapes, hot chocolate.
