Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 maple granola bar

1 cup of fruit cocktail (peaches, pears, cherries)

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

Home-made burrito (whole wheat tortilla, refried beans, avocado, chopped fresh tomatoes, vegan cheese).
Alexa organic oven fries with ketchup.

About to have a cup of chocolate spice tea and 4 oatmeal cookies.

Yesterday i had a brunch consisting of two slices of oatmeal toast, baked beans, sweetcorn, fried mushroom and cherry tom's. And for dinner i had mash potato, cabbage, peas and a country slice.

and quite a bit of wine :/ hehe

I ate some weird food yesterday....hungoverness.

two pieces of toast with pure
chips and ketchup in the pub with my little bro
piece of apple and banana cake made by my own little hands
slow-cooked root vegetable soup and some toast. yum :)

today i've had so far:

porridge with raisins and apricots

spaghetti pasta with portobello mushroom, cherry tomatoes, onion and basil
another piece of cake :)
pear

and for dinner...more soup, cos i'm not going to get home from uni till 10 :o

lunch: fifteen bean & collard greens soup, cornbread, green tea

snacks: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, soymilk), two slices wheat bread, an apple

dinner: chips & salsa, burrito w/ grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms, spanish rice, refried beans, beer

today:

vanilla-chocolate cake for breakfast again T_T

1 banana, 1 apple, 1 kiwi fruit

1 small bowl broccoli piccata from Vegan Lunchbox

some more cake (I can't believe I'm saying this: I've had enough!)

half a cup raisins

spaghetti with basil pesto

...can't get away from eating crappy, argh!

I need to eat more grains, and this recipe blew me away. Highly recommended.

No one needs to eat more grains, ever.


- juice, gluten-free muesli with rice milk
- apple
- left-over rice with left-over veggieburger with left-over chilisauce with left-over kidneybeans lol

What's wrong with grains?? :confused:

I had:

B: Strawberry oat crunch with a banana.

L: Red pepper, carrot, cucumber and hummous sandwich, packet of salt and vinegar baked crisps, alpro choc yoghurty thing, grapes, two rich tea biccies.

D: Stir fried veg (Courgette, pepper, carrot, onion, sweetcorn, cherry tomato) with pasta and pesto. Bourbon biccies.

Too many biscuits! lol

small packet of mango chilli Kettle Chips

5 mini spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce
tofu and veg thai curry with wholewheat noodles

3 blueberry lemon waffles w/ maple syrup
1/2 grapefruit
2 cups green ginger tea
small smoothie (strawberries, banana, soymilk)

lotus green tea
pasta w/ sauce and mock ricotta stirred in
roasted asparagus w/ earth balance & balsamic vinegar
spinach/onion/garlic ciabatte bread dipped in olive oil
cranberry & blueberry juice

apple and raspberry crisp
irish breakfast tea

bowl tomato basil soup
darjeeling green tea
1/2 minneola

What's wrong with grains?? :confused:

We get very little benefits from eating grains, our body is not designed to digest it just like meat. Most of it just comes out again. It also creates gas.

B: 2 thick slices of wholemeal multi-seeded toast with peanut butter & strawberry jam and 1/2 avocado, a banana and a coffee.

S: Pear.

L: Left-over chick pea curry and a mixed berry Trek bar.

S: Apple and pear, a few squares of almond dark chocolate.

D: Wholemeal spagetti with onions, courgette, carrots, mushrooms and tofu in a spicy tomato sauce, topped with a little vegan parmesan.

-1/2 apple
-coffee
snacks:
-gluten free banana muffin
-chocolate soy milk
dinner:
-brown rice, lentils, peas, w/ v. butter and soy sauce
-burritos (taco mix, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, ketchup)

today:

breakfast:
-2 banana muffins
snack:
-organic popcorn
dinner:
-plan on having brown rice, lentils, peas and sauteed carrots w/ v. butter and soy sauce and a cup of soy milk

I ate weirdly today,

banana, oat bar, soya peach yoghurt, a few brazil nuts


cauliflower fake cheese thing, with pasta and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red pepper) broccoli, houmous (a lot of houmous!)

couple of handfuls of pumpkin seeds, ryvita with yeast extract

drinks: bottle of chocolate soya milk, big glass of vanilla soya milk, 2 big glasses of fruit 'detox' smoothie, water

I was trying to get more iron today...not sure if it worked!

An awful, awful day. My world is askew :(

Coffee with rice milk. Banana, berry, walnut and coconut smoothie (don't ask)

A few potato gnocchi, salad and hummus, an apple.

Couple of slices of bread and jam.

Half a jar of chocolate spread watching Greys Anatomy :rolleyes:

Sounds like a comfort day Fiamma :) And a yummy one at that!!

I ate some chocolate and nuts today :D

And I've just polished off some chickpea curry, eggplant curry, rice and 2 samosas with tamarind chutney :D

AND I've got vegan chocolate banana cake to eat while I'm watching my DVD.

lunch: falafel & hummus on pita w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle & tahini, french fries w/ ketchup

snack: plain tofu burger patty

dinner: "meat"loaf, horseradish mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, red wine

Just for today. I already gave in and ate some brocolli, salad and a small handfull of nuts. I didn't eat fruit cuz it's already quite late.. meh. Tomorrow trying to go raw for a month.

I'll see how it goes, but I definately want to do it for the rest of my life. That's really good one day a week raw. Maybe i should've done it like that too. Then increase the days per week untill fully raw. hmmm..
