I don't know, couldn't manage ALL raw, I could eat warm 3x a day! But I'm excited to know what you eat, RAW, every day!
PS: does this sound naughty?

Breakfast:
Banana
Lunch:
Avacado, spinah, and tomatoe on rye.
3 Kiwi
Dinner:
Chickpea curry with rice
6 Banana split cupcakes (I baked these today and I went a little overboard indulging in them but they were so good :))

breakfast: everything bagel w/ better than cream cheese, green tea
lunch: four bean salad over lettuce, baby carrots & cucumber slices w/ creamy dill dressing, mint chocolate
snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, chocolate soymilk)
dinner: "meat"loaf, horseradish mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

B: 2 slices wholemeal multi-seed toast with pb & jam, coffee and a banana.
L: 1 avocado, a couple of raw carrots, an apple and a banana.
S: An orange and another apple, a few squares of dark almond chocolate.
D: Okra, potato and mushroom curry with brown rice.

Cinnamon and raisin Bagel with mashed banana filling
Lunch:
Homemade mushroom soup with 2 slices of wholemeal bread
Dinner:
Brocolli and carrot Thai curry with rice
Snacks:
1 fig and 2 dried apricots, handful of grapes
Tomorrow: (I plan to have ...)
Breakfast:
Porridge made with soya milk, with pumpkin seeds, mixed seeds, raisins, sweetened ith golden syrup.
Lunch:
Chilli bean salad pitta
Dinner:
Spaghetti Bolognese

B: ww english muffin with a bit of EB, tea
L: Soy yogurt, apple, green tea, grapes
D: black beans and brown rice, tons of spinach with nutritional yeast, green beans
S: bunch of grapes, a cup of vanilla soy milk, about 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk, loads of tea, & about 1.5 liters water
might have some chocolate soy milk or a peppermint-soy milk frozen smoothie later.
i hate to be a bother and ask, but is this a balanced diet? i'm trying to get into the swing of eating properly again...it's a bit low on carbs i suppose, must do better tomorrow. sorry to ask, i just want to be a healthy vegan and i'm a bit new at this :o.

I've been thinking about getting that book anyway. It keeps sounding better and better.

Hi brighteyed, welcome to the vegan life!! Your day sounds pretty good to me but I am by no means a nutritional expert. I just love to eat. I'm sure there are other folks here who can give you better advice on how balanced your food is. I drink loads of tea too! Also, I love that peppermint soy milk but I've never tried it frozen...sounds good!

thanks for the suggestions! i do eat a lot of vegetables, thats what i mainly eat for dinner (beans were a small side dish) but i'll try to get some more in there :)

I've made 5 or 6 recipes and they were all great. I fed them to many omni's who could not believe they were vegan.

yesterday started off ok but i ended up eating junk food :rolleyes: :o
porridge with soya milk, coffee
rice cakes with spicy bean dip
3 clementines
3 plums
packet of mustard & pickle flavour crisps
4 mini veg spring rolls
2 veg sausages and chips
3 jam tarts
water throughout the day
(must try harder today!)

No peanut butter today :eek:
B: A big glass of smoothie made with 1 banana, soya milk, handful of goji berries and 2 tbsp hemp protein powder.
S: A pear and a banana.
L: Tomato, cucumber and hazelnut tofu chunks with homous and half an avocado.
S: 2 apples, an orange and 3 squares of dark almond chocolate.
D: About to have some home-made patra, then half a mango for dessert.
Only one coffee today - trying to cut down even further to just 2 daily, at the most. And drinking loads more water :D

do goji berries whizz up nicely enough in smoothies? i might try that :)
i've had:
handful of aforementioned goji berries..one medjool date and half nak'd cocoa bar...big mug of nettle tea
huge amount of raw spinach..raw field mushroom, red pepper, spring onion and half cuke with nutritional yeats..oh yeast :)
chocolatey rice cake (nice!)..more nettle tea..bottle still water
small dish leftover lentil and veg soup
corn on the cob..few new spuds and four..yeah!! F O U R redwood sausages.
super full up now

Swedish Glace Rasperry with Rasperry Ripple Ice Cream
Handful of Almonds, Hazlenuts and one Brazil Nut

Apple and Mango Juice (Not from concentrate)
Two packets of Potato Chips and Houmous

I'm slowly getting healthier again, see if it helps with my stress, and health problems. I've got some recipes planned, for the next few days!!

penne with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and lemon sauce
half a veggie delite sub
some more penne :D
small package salt + vinegar crisps
1 banana
...starts to look better, huh?

p.s. yeah, where were your hot cross buns from emma? i've never seen vegan ones in the shops, they've always got shellac or honey or egg in them :rolleyes:

I dunno, but the ingredients list was vegan...I know a lot of them have shellac it is disgusting!
They actually sell vegan, organic hot cross buns in a shop near me.

oops sorry, i said emma but it was you who had the hot cross buns Sarah :o
that's cool you can get vegan organic ones. my local wholefood shop does organic ones but they have egg in :rolleyes:
